Patient concerned productive about my complaint! Of dog fouling nuisance from neighbour my complaint was taken seriously and hopefully action implemented

Optivo support runningspace which is a group that helps with peoples mental and physical health in a safe environment whilst being taught to run by qualified coaches which is always great fun. Then there is a free drink at the end so there is social time too.

Empathic and polite Debbie Francis transferred me to the correct department in order to resolve the issue of being left with no hot water or heating for a week by KT HS Heating

Optivo do an amazing job supporting RunningSpace, (a suicide prevention and mental health charity) through them I was able to become a Coach in Running Fitness enabling me to help local people get out and exercise, socialise and support them within a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Optivo have provided funding for a local running group called RunningSpace which is a brilliant group that raises awareness and helps to combat suicide. The funding allows the groups to meet weekly, enjoy a run lead by a coach and also have a hot chocolate at the end. It's tops!

Optivo are committed to supporting the mental and physical health of our community, they've supported us at RunningSpace so that we can provide free LearntoRun groups followed by social time over a well earned hot chocolate. We love Optivo, their amazing staff here in East Sussex and we are so grateful for their support.

Optivo is doing an awesome job. It’s helps for many people. I learnt basic English with this group, now I am working in school and also doing my TA course. I didn’t have any confidence to speak with people. Optivo made me a strong woman.

I had my old, outdated kitchen that is falling apart inspected on 2/11/2022!
The kitchen isn’t due to be renewed until 2025 - 2029, but owing to the state of it, there’s no way it’ll last until then. Today, I’ve just found out that following the inspection, it’s been recommended the kitchen is renewed. And someone will be in touch in the very near future to organise and new kitchen to be installed!
To say I am over the moon is an understatement.
The inspector, Bill Thomsett was by far the nicest Optivo employee I’ve encountered in a long time.
During the inspection he was really listening to every concern I had, took photographic evidence of the state of the kitchen, made me feel at ease having a stranger in my home and I didn’t feel like I was going to be fobbed off by offering to “repair!” things in the kitchen, which I’ve had before by other employees! Which would’ve been a bodge job! He was genuinely really nice, understanding and sympathetic to everything I was saying.

Hollie fransis was a pleasure to talk to she was very polite and helpful in providing me with what I needed.

After many years of working hard and saving, my partner and I were so excited to move into our first home that we’d purchased together.

Only, after a week of living there, we discovered 1 foot of water under our home.

We hired a builder to investigate (costing us three days of labour at a time when pennies are tight) and our builder discovered the leak was coming from the neighbouring property - owned by Optivo.

The leak was so bad we couldn’t live in our new home, and since then we’re homeless and we’ve had to pay for hotels which is costing us a lot of money which we don’t really have.

Optivo has it in their policy that they will repair emergency leaks within 6 hours.

A week later they are yet to act!

We’ve been on the phone to them every day to explain their leak has made us homeless and has caused damage to our property - yet we got no apology - nothing!

Every day they were slow to act and didn’t seem to care when we called. It took phone call after phone call from ourselves to get them to do anything. It was only after days and days of chasing that they agreed to get someone out.

One of their operatives even put the phone down on my partner after he was being polite - we have a recording of this!

We’re both now unable to work as we can’t live in our home - we’ve had to move away. It’s caused us great distress and Optivo don’t seem to care. We’re paying a mortgage on somewhere we can’t live due to Optivo.

Our builder has also let us know that this leak has caused around £17,000 worth of damage - possibly more!

Even worse, as of today, we caught Optivo’s repairs team filling the affected area causing the leak with silicone. Yes, silicone! This was after they told us in writing they would be fully re-asphalting the affected area. Even their original contractor said the area needed urgent work as it had been neglected for so long by Optivo and was in complete disrepair.

I don’t think Optivo realises their mistakes are having an impact on real, human lives. I really hope no one else has to deal with them in the future.

Bob listened to me today and i felt like he took my worries and comcerns seriously. I was confused as to when my repairs would be done and finished. He put me in touch with the right person who helped me and arranged my repair to be completed i am feeling much happiet and more postive now

the 08001216060 number is not working properly I have tried 2 different mobiles and it it is not registering me pressing any numbers
I did not receive a readable reply from Optivo and now I am being told if I dont reply to their reply my review will be removed
this doesn't seem very good it seems that some organisations have the power to have their bad reviews removed
this doesnt seem right
