Seb has done our broadband today and has done a brilliant service, searched and set up the best spot to have the best connection possible. Since he left we connected everything we could to the router and all works as they should.
Seb has been very nice and helpful, even when I went out for the third time to ask something after he left. :) Thank you Seb here again!

The engineer Chris was brilliant at providing service and repair for us. The internet problems were resolved and our connection was live in no time. Chris gave me an efficient friendly customer care. Very happy with service! Thank you!

Although the guys couldn’t fit it on the scheduled date due to my roof pitch and a nesting seagull and her young, they booked me in for the very next day so as to use the cherry picker machine. They arrived just after 8am, didn’t disturb the nesting gull too much and had me up and running in no time at all.
Ross, Andy and Seb were a pleasure to have in my home, and we had a few good laughs along the way. All in all an enjoyable experience and they’re a perfect option for setting someone up quickly if you’ve just changed address. That was the deal breaker as all other companies want 30 days notice. These guys were informed that the sale had gone through and completion was only 12 days away and they still managed it.

The guy made me feel comfortable in my own home

I took on opus broadband and they were very helpful until I signed the contract
First month payment they took more than they should have out of my account and 4 weeks on still waiting for refund
Second month being charged double the agree price
The company is a scam and people should stay away from this company
Going back to virgin media
At least they’re a honest and legitimate company

I ended my contract with Opus.
I paid the outstanding balance.
I thought that would be it and I would be free from Opus
Then they started asking for more money from me via a letter threatening to had it over to debt collection company.
Upon checking my credit card statement I discovered that they had taken the money ( without my consent )
I then explained that I had payed the outstanding balance.
They admitted that it was a mistake on their part and that they would refund the money they had taken without my consent.
After I have told the time and again that I have received it
I have still not received the refund
I have even been to their offices where I was told face to face that money was being refunded.
I WAS LIED TOO.
It has been over a month now.
I don't think they have any intention of refunding the money that they
STOLEN FROM ME.
A DISHONIST COMPANY.

CONNAH WAS AMAZING . SO HELPFUL. SET ALL MY DEVICES UP AND RAN TESTS BEFORE LEAVING. VERY FRIENDLY JOB DONE TO A HIGH STANDARD.

Andy and Ross both were so helpful and did an amazing job. Both explained what they were doing as they went along and were also respectful of their surroundings and the property. Highly recommended lads.

The technician Connah was really friendly. The service was quickly installed and set up!

Chris introduced himself immediately on meeting us. He was polite respectful and professional at all times. He was on time and was respectful of the environment too. He did a great job and explained everything he had done and how to connect etc. he didn’t leave until we were totally happy with the services provided. What a very pleasant young man, he is an asset to Opus.

Ross and Andy gave an excellent service when called out to fit a new router. Originally we had bad signal but they ensured that our connection was boosted. They ensured coverage was in all rooms in our house and took the time out to explain the new router properly
