Ms James is an amazing asset to your organization. I attempted to complete my onboarding but I did not know what I was doing. She was able to walk me through the rest of the process without leaving me feeling like a complete idiot. I need a woman like that in my life.

BEWARE: Unfair Billing & Unauthorized Early Charges!
My contract renewal date was July 21, 2026. However, Opus prematurely charged my credit card $594 on July 15, 2026—6 days BEFORE my actual billing date and without my authorization.
When I requested a cancellation and refund before the new period even started, their support team refused a full refund and even tried to bargain with me over the phone to keep part of the money.
This is an unacceptable business practice. I have officially canceled my service and initiated a formal dispute with Bank of America for an unauthorized early transaction. Stay away!

Beware Scam Type Business Model
During the 1st 20 days, calls were not being routed to me. The technical support team was able to resolve the issue but 20 days of no routed calls was a deal breaker for me. The terms of the mailbox did not specifiy that I would not have a physical mailbox assigned whereby to check mail periodically. I was told only after visiting the physical location that they assigned a "virtual mailbox" only. They scan in my mail and ask me what to do with mail, i.e. shred, discard or hold for pick up. No physical assigned mail box. I wanted and thought a standard mailbox with a key to access at my own lesiure was being provided. I also learned you can not forward mail and/or utilize a change of address form with the USPS for these type Commerical Mail Receiving Agengies. This is something they should disclose upfront. I canceled the service. The company is continuing to harass me about paying for a full 90 days of service when I learned in the 1st 20 days the service does not work for my business. My credit card company allowed me to dispute any future charges and black list this merchant based on the facts stated above. Still they call, email, text and harass everyday and are now threatening collections. I paid the 1st 30 days, just unwilling to pay for a 2nd and 3rd month. No calls, no mail delivered or received, so what service did I receive? My account is canceled, service suspended. Why cant professionals move on? They are still harassing me everyday. If the service is so great, they should be able to focus on other customers. Beware!
