Excellent customer service and they make you a professional looking website. The tablet app provided is easy and simple to use, great for staff who are not tech savvy. No problems at all with the hardware and software, unlike our past online ordering system company we came from.

Saw their system in a relatives restaurant and instantly thought this is something that could easily be added to our old fashioned manual paper based ordering. Very easy to use for people that are less tech savvy such as my dad. They sent a nice android tab plus stand and with a separate small printer that’s all wireless. Tablet just connects to our WiFi. So you can leave it anywhere. Can use our credit card machine’s till roll with the printer too. The printouts have large clear text.

They are always quick to respond to my phone calls or text with any problems and queries such as cancelling a customer’s payment and updating our menu price etc.

I would highly recommend their product.
