My Organifi Experience
Since Organifi puts out an image of caring concern and inundates my email with promos and request for feedback. I might as well leave this here for others.
First of all I got no response to multiple emails and web chats. Why have those as options to communicate with Organifi?! It wasn’t until I called that I spoke to someone who could not understand why my order had not shipped and promised to follow up and she did not. After a few more days I called again to insist on cancellation and refund, then the matter was finally settled.
I understand that there was a shortage, but the time it took to let me know about it and why my order of nearly 300$ would be delayed because of it, was inexcusable. Keep in mind that they promote 24/7 shipping on every page. So instead of shipping what was in stock with an explanation of delay of the out of stock product, something lots of business do, ship separately or I dont know, even just a timely notification about it, I got a run around and they lost my business!
As a first time customer makes me think Organifi doesn’t know what they are doing and since these products were to improve my health, I wasn’t about to add this stress to my life. So no, not a good experience at all.
I should have checked trust pilot first and I would have seen my experience was not unique.
