Quality is rather poor I bought 3 t shirts this spring.
One OBT linen in Volcano Ash grey long sleeve and after 5 wears there are 2 holes on the back and holes are notoriously hard to hide on linen. The material is flimsy and very fragile. Also it shrinks after one wash it was a regular large when I first tried it on and after having washed it it was tight.
I also bought 2 V neck t-shirts: white and navy and they don't wash well at all. They look already tired after a few wears and there is one discoloration on the navy one.
Overall nice design and colours it looks luxurious but it is not, the quality is much too low for the price tags. Very flimsy fabrics.
I won't buy from them again.

Great clothing, stylish, summer. Some of the best made clothing i have come across and i have brands from all of the major haute couture houses. I will continue to buy. My last experience with customer service was great. Sorry everyone is having trouble.

The best swim shorts and I had great customer service after needing to exchange for a smaller size.
Due to all the negative reviews I was reluctant to splash out so I rang them to see if I could even get through as would probably not have placed an order if not but got through straight away and was pleasantly surprised with the chat. I was told all the recent negative reviews were due to the return portal being down for a month .
Anyway got my shorts but they were too big so exchanged the 2 pairs of 34 for 32’s .
I was a bit worried if I’d get them back in time as I was going on holiday so phoned again and Eunice kindly made sure my exchange was processed then they arrived 2 days later and fit perfectly . 👏

Having had my order go astray with FedEx claiming it had been delivered when it hadn’t, I’m pleased to say Eunice at OB was quick to arrange a refund.

I really like the brand and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. However recently I’ve had really bad experience, I returned an order and didn’t receive a refund after maybe 3 weeks, I contacted them and got no response for over 2 weeks, so I raised a chargeback with my credit card, OB then started responding and said they can’t issue a refund as there’s a chargeback on the order. It’s now been over 8 weeks and I’m still over £800 down

Really annoying. Trouser sizes are inconsistent, customer service is poor and uncommunicative. A real shame as good quality products are being let down by poor management.

Very poor quality. Muro sandals cut my feet after a short wear as leather is rigid and not supple and sole is heavy. Used to be good quality clothing 10 years ago but wont buy from them anymore

I attempted to edit my five-day-old review but unfortunately couldn’t. Orlebar Brown has responded and will replace the faded swimming trunks. I’m incredibly grateful.

As mentioned in my previous review, the clothes are sharp,clean-cut and a pleasure to wear. Their delivery services have been excellent; the goods are well-packaged and arrive promptly. Plus, returning items is incredibly easy.

I have ordered many items from OB over the years and found their clothes to be of a good quality. Unfortunately their customer service is appalling given the prices they charge and the fact they call it a concierge service. Ordered the same size as I normally do but the item is way smaller than usual. No response from OB via email nor WhatsApp. The return sheet that came with the item is virtually illegible . Won’t order anything again…..

I regarded the O.B brand to have high-quality merchandise that looked sharp and clean cut. I have bought multiple items and I have found the customer service, delivery service and returns to be excellent. I’ve also found the Heathrow store incredibly helpful.
However, a pair of swimming shorts faded and this was made worse as it was only in certain areas. I emailed a picture of the swimming shorts with multiple cloths I had purchased from O.B. in the background. My email was not of a complaining nature,neither was I demanding or asking for a replacement / compensation. To my surprise, I did NOT receive a response. I contacted the concierge service by their WhatsApp number, asking if they had received my email. Disappointingly NO response! For completeness I should state that I have another pair of O.B. swimming trunks which have been used more but are in pristine condition
Unfortunately the fading of swim shorts seems to be a common theme in these reviews coupled with a lack of response from O.B.
There is absolutely no advantage of compounding this situation and it is now time to move to another brand such as Ron Dorff

J'ai réalisé des achats sur le site, il fallait que j'échange les produits j'ai attendu 2 semaines pour qu'on me réponde, j'ai renvoyé les produits et depuis je n'ai plus eu aucune nouvelle. Je n'ai jamais vu ca. Ca s'apparente a du vol.

I’ve bought multiple linen photos and they all get holes within 10 times wear. Way too expensive for this bad quality.

A returned a swimming trouser and a polo shirt in order to change the size of my products, but I did not received any exchange item. Customer service does not reply on any channel.

What is happening? Is this a SCAM!?? I returned the item upon their instruction and have never heard back from them!! I followed up multiple times, but they are just IGNORING!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, despite being premium price!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Orlebar Brown’s customer service.

Immediately after placing my online order, I realized I had accidentally selected the wrong size. Within minutes, I tried to contact customer support through the live chat on their website to correct the mistake before the order was processed. The automated system asked me to leave my email address, which I did, but I never received a response.

When I later received a shipping notification, I tried again using their WhatsApp support. Once again, I was asked to leave my email address, and once again, nobody ever replied.

My order arrived, but at no point did anyone from customer service respond through either of the support channels they advertise.

For a premium brand charging premium prices, I expected customer service to be responsive and helpful. Fast shipping is appreciated, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of basic customer support. The complete lack of communication was unacceptable and has left me with a very poor impression of the brand.

These are undoubtedly the most beautiful swim shorts on the market. But unfortunately, they have the worst customer service of any manufacturer. By far. No refund despite returning them. No response to numerous emails I sent in response to my inquiries. Completely overwhelmed. If I were CEO, I'd fire the entire customer service team.

Used to be a good company 20 years ago, now a bunch of cowboys.

Ordered two pairs of shorts, wrong size which was my mistake. Requested an exchange, two totally different styles arrived.

Took them back to their Burlington Store in person. 4 weeks later I a still waiting a refund if £450.

I have emailed multiple times, not a single response.

Do not buy from these people

Purchased a pair of swimming shorts after receiving a final sale email. Two days later, received an additional email stating sale items reduced by additional 20% (having already purchased said shorts). Contacted customer services who said that they would look to refund the difference / review and revert. Despite chasing three times (all of which have been ignored), no solution.

Love Orlebar Brown and especially their woven linen t shirts. At 150 pounds a pop you would think they are an investment piece - no. They fall apart in weeks. I've bought 12 over the last 2 years and handle them with great care. They look like Gouda cheese after about 3 months. My latest buy has a hole after literally 2 weeks and 2 wears. I love them, so I keep buying them, but there's no build quality at all. They are expensive ephemera. Oh well. There must be a reason for this, and to repeat I handle them like cashmere. They just aren't well made, period.

Bought swim shorts last year for 245 euro in OB store at Ibiza. Worn two times (Ibiza and Caribbean). Salt leaving nasty stains on fabric. Never ever buy from this brand. Contacted them and won’t do anything. Sending my coupon for 20% discount. Are you kidding me? Never buy. Price quality totally not worth. Poor customer service. Its a pitty I can't upload a picture so you all can see the quality. You think you look cool on the beach, but you look horrible.
