Goods arrived 3 weeks late, were materially defective and misdescribed. When I asked for a refund the company refused to comply, offering partial refunds or store credit only. I've been trying now for several months but the company continues to:

- Refuse a full refund unless I bear international return costs
- Obfuscate their legal obligations by citing store policy
- Operate under various names (Oslo, Milan, Monaco Republic) with concerning patterns reported online

Items ordered were so badly designed and cut they were completely unwearable. Shorts shaped as though the maker had never seen an actual human body. The order took weeks to arrive.
The company expected me to pay to return them and then accept a store credit. They also offered something else from their site but....not a chance. A refund is apparently, not an option. TOTAL SCAM!

Absolutely terrible. Product wrong size, bad fit. Not as advertised.
Offered 15% of original price on return.
Avoid at all cost.

I WISH I had gone on trust pilot before I purchased clothes from Oslo Republic. Unfortunately my experience is the same as everyone else - took over a month to arrive and upon arrival the clothes looked absolutely nothing like as advertised. I complained to the e-mail address and was offered a voucher - it’s obvious the e-mails are written by an AI bot.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’ve reported them to Instagram too as that was where I saw the advert.

Same experience as everyone else has written about. Oslo Republic is a scam company that uses false advertisements on Instagram. The clothes featured in the ads are nothing like what they send, and then trying to get a refund is very difficult even though they lie and tell you the exact steps to get one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Please do not buy from this company!! It is a scam, they will send cheap stuff with no options for a refund! Scam!!!

A jacket that my sister purchased online arrived today. We are based in New Zealand, and it arrived relatively quickly. The quality of the product is fantastic, and it's a great fit. I'll be recommending Oslo Republic to friends and family. I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of great comments when I start wearing the jacket out. Another great thing about this purchase is that she had some initial queries that were answered very quickly. So there was great communication from the start.

Do not use this company. They trade under Oslo Republic, Monaco Republic and Milan Republic. Ordered 2 polos in large size, took 4 weeks to arrive. Finally delivered in what looks like extra extra extra tiny size. They just about fit my 6 year old daughter. Labels cut off, incredibly poor quality. Total, total scam. Am now battling to get some form of refund.

DO NOT BUY ! I Wouldn’t call this a business. More like a den of little thieves!!

Ordered on June 8th. Still in « confirmed » status. Sent 3 mails to customer service. Received kinda automated answers saying due to huge amount of Orders that they cannot ship in Time. But I am pretty sure I will never received my items. Lost 77€.

Completely lied about the product material and colors. They cut off all the tags before they sent so you can’t even confirm. Didn’t offer a refund or to replace with correct product. Useless.

Complete scammers. Do not purchase from them.

They send me the wrong item. I ask them to send me the item I had paid for. They send me another item this time much smaller than what I have asked for but without the size label so I coudn't claim the refund.

It is clearly a scam

I received a shirt that they claimed was made of cotton and linen, but I couldn't verify this because the labels had been cut off. It did not feel like there was any linen in it. Size was wrong, but I couldn't check that because the labels were cut off. No after-service help. They have no social media presence; even if they do they delete all comments. All their claims of luxury clothing are bogus - quality of the shirt is poor.

Ordered a product from them more than three months ago. Product has not left their facility in China. They refuse to refund my purchase price.

The company is a fraud, the garment was not the same as in the picture the quality was mentioned as linen and certainly it wasn’t.
I ordered large a trousers the one I received was xl but not even an xs could fit in and the other was a large bigger ger than the xl
I asked for a refund and they refused.

Item took 3 weeks to deliver, poorly packaged and did not resemble the online image. A cheap imitation. Won't be using them again.

Ordered an XL linen shirt, must have been a small or medium. Asked to return it and they said I would have to pay for shipping and no refund, just credit for another shirt, and I would have to oay for shipping. How can I trust that sizing?
