I ordered a RAB jacket size 14. It came quickly. Was a bit big so sent it back. The returns process was brilliant. They sent me a postage label (DPD thank goodness). Return went smoothly and money back in my account minus the postage cost. The price for the jacket was better than any where else so I was sceptical. But I read the good reviews and went for it. I’m glad I did. Would use again. In fact ordered the 12 of the RAB jacket and it arrived the very next day.

These guys are great, top drawer service great prices what more do you want.

I ordered a pair of Meindl trainers that few retailers list and even fewer have in stock, particularly in half sizes like the 10.5 I was after. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and was very impressed to receive delivery the following day despite it being the weekend. I really couldn't have asked for more.
