This is a scam site utterly useless don't waste your time with it

Nowhere on this site can I find an address or even a phone number to even ask where they are.
Why is your site missing such basic information ?

Scam store?.
Items say in stock, yet only a button to Buy It On Amazon, and even then it's not actually in stock.
Suspect this is a scam site.

If you go to their website and choose an item or if a search engine turns up something you are looking for that is from them, there is always a button on the page marked "Buy on Amazon". But when you click on the link to Amazon, the item is not there.
They don't answer queries on their contact form, and I strongly suspect that this company is no longer trading and hasn't taken their web pages down.

I tried this company to get camping gear on next day delivery for my trip away. Some of the stuff turned up the following day, with a little note saying the rest would follow during the week. This was not what I expected.

I emailed their customer services with complaints a number of times, but they never got back to me even with an apology or an update.

Other reviews I've since found tell a similar story. I'd avoid these guys until they've improved their service!

Placed an order, paying through Paypal. several weeks later I have received nothing. Sent an email demanding an update - totally ignored. About to go to Paypal to get refund.

I bought Vengo tent with 3-5 days delivery. After 20 days I got email asking about...shiping address which I specified when placing the order! So again, I send them my address one more time but they did not bothered to respond. So I kept sending emails asking what's up with my order. After forth email eventualy someone responded that my tent will be shipped. So far one month has passed and I still do not have what I payed for. I have the feeling that I ordered the tent from a bunch of tricksters instead of online shop. BEWARE IT!

Bought a Vango tent, and saved over £ 100,- compared to the price here in Denmark.

The delivery was set to take 2-3 days, but took 8. But apart from that, and the fact that I couldn't follow my orders journey to me anywhere, everything went well.

I wanted to purchase a handheld GPS without any real knowledge of of what I required. The assistant was very helpful & knew his stuff on GPS.
Very happy with the service I received & have purchased further items from this store.

I returned goods to this company in mid-Feburary worth over £100. I followed their elaborate returns policy and returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.

It is now 3 months and I have still not received my money back despite several e-mails assuring me the money will be paid. Totally unacceptable. Warning AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a camping chair off them for £30 and it broke within the first hour. When I contacted them about it they couldn't care less. These people are awful - you have been warned!

Ordered larger item that I wanted ,which said in stock, added on two smaller items because of £4.95 postage. Have received them but not the larger item as they are apparently out of stock and won't be getting more - feel I should have beem able to see 'out of stock' at point of ordering. They have refused to refund the postage - so I feel this is shabby service when I have spent £400 in the past with them on a tent. Will not be a returning customer.
