I bought a keyboard on september, finally they didn't have in stock and they offer me another one in other lenguage, as is logic, I didn't accept and I ask for the refund of my money. I have written in this period of time several emails with my bank account and they haven't answer me and neither refund the money.
They're not serious I recommend not to buy in this website.

Same problem PayPal confirmed paid to ownta but they told that they did not get it.i asked to confirm that but they did not.

Do not deal with this company! Product not conform with the description (dead battery and bad sound quality). Impossible reexpedition, the parcel has never been delivered to the address that apparently doesn't exist. Obvious scam! / Ne traitez surtout pas avec cette société! Produit non conforme à la description (batterie HS et mauvaise qualité sonore). Réexpédition impossible, le colis n'a jamais été livré à l'adresse qui apparemment n'existe pas. Escroquerie évidente!

I ordered e cigs on October 27th sent confirmation and have heard nothing from them since. I emailed about 3 emailed and also signed up for chat absolutely no response. I am contacting PayPal and putting in a complaint and get my money returned, DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Stole my 265 bucks. This product has not passed through the mail, as was the battery, was returned back to the sender. Now do not respond to my emails.

I have ordered a motherboard for my laptop on October 25 for which I paid US$271. On October 30 Ownta has sent me tracking number. Since then shipment information shows the same message: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. I have contacted them several times but they do not reply to my emails. After 30 days of not having success with Ownta and motherboard still not being shipped, I have filed a claim with PayPal. Hopefully, I will get my money back. What a waste of time and money. I will be also filing a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

They have had my order and my money thru PayPal for 10 days now. When I check order status I see a note indicating payment received, but not shipped. When I contact their customer service about when this will ship I do get replies to "please be patient." They obviously don't have stock and are stalling. An honest indication of them not having stock would go a long way to adding some credibility to this outfit. Unless you like playing games...I'd steer clear of them. I'm hoping they will eventually fulfill my order. But, it will be the last order I place with them. There are too many other places to purchase goods that deliver.

Jan. 1, 2013...still no items. Credit was promised 4 days ago. No credit issued yet.
Jan, 2, 2013...refund credit was issued. Huge waste of time communicating back and forth...all for nothing. Credit to PayPal for intervening on my behalf.

I purchased a brand new black tablet they were offering in January of 2012. When it arrived it was not black, it was white and it also didn't come with all the freebies they said it would. It wouldn't connect to WiFi unless you were practically standing next to the computer in which case, you might as well use the computer. If you tried to wipe any finger smudges off the screen, it emitted a terrible smell. I complained to Ownta and they gave me the return shipping address and agreed they received it back. It cost me a fortune to return something to their country. They have been telling me for almost a year now it is off being repaired. My last few emails had no response back at all.

They sell second-hand components as new. Customer support staff are not to be trusted. They are crooks !

Ownta my first and last time I deal with this drop shipping company. I purchased a Soldering station from their website.

Here's a basic summary of my experience.....

4 Feb - Placed order
(I sent three enquiries between these two dates.....waiting.....waiting...)
11 Feb - Ownta email 'wait two weeks to come from factory'
8 March - Ownta finally sent it
(I had just about given up at this point, as it had only been 5 weeks)
13 March - It arrived :) but was missing; nine soldering iron tips, spare heating element for the iron and spare element for the hot air gun :(
Sent Ownta email stating what was missing.
16 March - Ownta email 'let you know next Monday'
(I sent another three emails asking what was happening)

28 March - Ownta email 'The info. is wrong ,but the price is not wrong.'

I thought WTF! No offer of any compensation/refund.

If you clearly state what is included with a product then that should be what you get!

Arrrrgh burn't once, never again.
(Looks like Ebay is keeping them a bit more honest - wasn't an option with what I ordered)

NOT TRUSTED; we thought we were buying Android 4.0 and received Android 2.3: were scammed.

They are offering devices with Android 4.0; but they will send you a device with Android 2.3.

We currently have an open Claim/Investigation with PayPal, Ownta din't help to correct the matter, instead they changed the title of the article to display Android 2.3.

The product was available when we purchased it, and they took over 10 days just to expedite the article (to send it), justifying the delay by saying that “the item is only available on pre-order” (also changed after the same claim from PayPal). Ownta can’t deliver within the days shown on their website.

They will only answer to email written to them if you open a claim/dispute with PayPal. They don’t mind responding emails once the order has been delivered.

I bought from Ownta through their eBay store and the product was excellent, Ainol Novo 7 Basic, and the communication with them through eBay was excellent and informative. I have looked at their website but am going to continue through the eBay store as I've had the good experience there.

i order often from this company. they always ship out the items within 24 hours. they follow every customer request when sending the items i need dropshipped. i would say they are one of the best in the field.
