Poor quality project. Took longer to get than promised, cabinet is not square, graphics are crooked, peeling, and not aligned. Have tried to contact the company to get this resolved for the last 1 year. They mailed us new graphics and then ghosted us. We are now stuck with a very crooked cabinet. Do not spend money with this company. They are a scam
I have paid $3500 over the last few years for an arcade machine from this company. As soon as it was paid off. I was ghosted. I have reached out to them so many times, just for them to ignore me after they took all the money. This company is a scam. Please look up the website and Google map their address. The building is not a gaming warehouse or store. I wish I would've checked into this before I made the purchase. They kept every dime and dropped me. I initially purchased at the state fair and the man was so nice and genuine. Please do not get sucked into this company. My children were looking forward to this machine and I have let them down for not doing a complete research. This is my fault for not completing a thorough check and checking to see if there were any reviews. So im here hoping and praying I can save a family or anyone to not do the same mistake I've done. Please do not give them your money or time.

The arcade machine was shipped and delivered after this review was posted. They made it right and I do appreciate it very much. My children were so excited when it arrived 🙌. Beautiful machine and works perfectly. This was my experience...The arcade was paid off Nov 2025... I reached out numerous of times over the months with no response or follow-up. Received a response in March 2026 that they were shipping out the machine. I received it and now my children considers me a hero. Thank you everyone for reading this in its entirety.
