This company is ripping people of by not accepting the tickets bought online if they are not printed.
There is no reason for them to do this, apart from getting double money out of customers. Absolutely disgusting.
On the confirmation email there is a picture of a guy with his phone out and all this info about the app they have. This is extra misleading and they should be penalised for it. When you call customer services, they say that they are closed until further notice. Do yourself a favour and never travel with this company.

In this day and age, even during Covid, they insist that you find a printer and print the confirmation that they took your money. If it is not printed they will not refund the money they stole from you. Fraudsters. Avoid!!!!!

This system works like Easy Jet or Ryanair. They profit by making their customers double pay for "cheap" rides with hidden costs.
It's a lie and a scam. Any organisation should refuse to work with them.
