Just terrible. Wrong tyres, awful customer service. Never buying from them again.

Only reason for two stars and not one, is because the guys in-store at Kelvin Grove store (Bris) seemed professional enough.
I ordered my tyres online, (best price of all the quotes I got). Set up an appointment, got them done, Perfect, happy days.
Checked my credit card. Had been charged twice.
No problem I thought, give them a call, they'll have it fixed in no time (So I thought).
Contacted the store, they had no idea, contacted there main store I Sydney, they had no idea and gave me the help centres email. Sent them all the relevant information bank statements, invoices, Everything. Just felt like I was put in the to hard basket. So my cheap budget tyres are now the most expensive tyres I've ever bought.
So next step is to contact the bank and report a fraudulent transaction, more emails and jumping though hoops 5 weeks later after I got the big bank involved they mysteriously found my hundreds of dollars and put it into my account.
Makes you wonder how many they could have gotten away with over time.
Anyway my dealings with them was less than enjoyable and quite stressful. Not worth the worry.

I took my brand new car to Ozzy Tyres in Blacktown for a lift kit and wheels package installation, paying a premium price for what I expected to be top-quality service. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.

Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the front wheels were badly scrubbing against the inner liner. I was told I would need to cut it out myself, and I was shocked to find that my mud flaps had been removed without my consent. I drove off only to find that there were loud, concerning noises coming from the front end, the wheels were vibrating, and the steering was completely unstable.

I immediately took the car back to the shop, only to discover that they had damaged my disc guards, causing excessive rubbing on the discs, resulting in loud noises. I was also informed that the wrong hub rings had been installed, which were then replaced. The wheel alignment was briefly checked, but no changes were made. While most of the major issues seemed to be addressed at this point, the steering remained unstable, and occasional noises continued.

Frustrated, I returned yet again, only to be told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. At this point, I began to suspect that the issues were normal and related to the lift kit and wheels.

The situation got worse when I left Sydney for work, some 600km away, only to have my rear shock absorber fall out! I had to take the car to another repairer, where they found a long list of defective work that put my safety at risk. They had to re-thread 3 out of 4 bolts, fix a loose front control arm, correct the wheel alignment, and reinstall the rear shock absorber.

Despite contacting Ozzy Tyres with my concerns, I received no response. To make matters worse, the store manager blocked my number to avoid communication, and customer support was no help either. They simply forwarded my concerns to the same manager, who continued to ignore me.

I have been trying to resolve these issues for over a month now, but there has been zero communication or resolution. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of service, and more importantly, the complete disregard for the safety of my family. I strongly advise against trusting Ozzy Tyres with your vehicle – their lack of care and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

After ordering a rim and tyre package and waiting 5 weeks for delivery with no communication, the delivery came damaged. Not only where the rims damaged but also my roller gate. After a few emails, aussie tyres decided that it was my problem and not theirs. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PPL, THEY ARE SHADY.

Good service and will to help

Price wasn't any better than anywhere else and I had to pay in advance for the tyre. Sadly my rim was also slightly scratched so that's going to cost at least $50 to repair.
Bit disappointed with the service.

Disgusting company.
Didnt have what I wanted online but took the money anyways. When asked for a refund they just refuse to reply to calls or emails.
Avoid at all costs.

1 star for post sales customer service. Staff don’t follow through with whats promised over the phone.

Terrible service. Sent damaged wheels and refused to compensate after waiting far too long to receive them in the first place. Do not deal with these guys!

Ozzy tyres Bayswater. What a mistake. Tyres bald in 4 months. Rang to complain ‘must be the way you drive mate see ya’. Go elsewhere

Don't bother using Ozzy tyres, they'll cancel your order and not follow up to discuss further I'd give a no star rating if I could.
Autocraze on the other hand has been great to work with and I'll be using them for my customer fitouts from now on.

I called up to look for some prices for my front shockers to be done. I spoke to Alex on the phone he explained to me the service, I felt comfortable talking to him about my car. It was able to be book in for the next day the order came in the morning and was done within 3 hours. Alex was very professional and ensured my car was safe in the Ozzy Tyres hand. I'm impressed with the actual service of the car, his customer service and professionalism. As well as being informative. Thanks for the work.

Buyer beware
Order rims in September 2022, as of today still do not have rims. This business is happy to take your money and will not return despite claims.

Update. Still waiting on free item. No contact made by company. I've called and sent texts but no response. Pretty crappy sevice. I tend to agree with most of the negative reviews. Avoid this company.

Ordered tyres online and paid. Got txt msg next day saying 'no stock'. They then agreed to supply different tyres for $100 less. I agreed. The tyres were delivered next day, but the $100 refund has not and that was 7 days ago when they said 3-5 days.... this company has some shady business practices. As such, I would think carefully before using them.

I recently purchased a set of wheels and tyres from this company and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The customer service was top-notch and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

The selection of wheels and tyres was impressive, and they had a variety of styles and sizes to choose from. The quality of the products was excellent, and I could tell that they were made with precision and care. Rude and untrustworthy!
Don’t be fooled by the fancy fit out… I took a rim in to get a new tire for my trailer which I needed immediately. They said 10 minutes, when I came back over an hour later they hadn’t started it, after completion, took the wheel straight off and rolled it over to us, didn’t do a balance until we asked them if they had… then they told me it was buckled. I had no time to go elsewhere and left straight away. If I hadn’t paid on arrival I wouldn’t have paid at all.
I highly doubt they didn’t know the rim was damaged before fitting it. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge.

Have used before. Called for
4 runflats. Quoted $250 ea for Zeta Alventi 225 45 R 18s tyres plus a wheel alignment of $68. The person mentioned it was his best price and tyres were in stock. He sked for a $100 deposit which I paid. I decided the next day that I no longer wanted runflats and asked if deposit I paid could go toward purchasing normal tyres. The original person called me back saying they cannot refund my $100 or put toward the other tyres as per their policy on the invoice which I only saw and recieved after they had taken my money! The salesmen (lars) then told me they had paid full price for the tyres ordering them in for me: after telling me the day before that they had them in stock!

I find their practices dodgey. Imagine how many other people they do this to.

I won't be back. Approach with caution people.
