I applied for this company since 2021. AIPP is what I was offered so then, they keep telling me they were looking for employers and I am so close to it. And year came and boom they said Im not qualified?? I asked for refund and they never refunded.They only keep saying it is under processing..
Can anyone from legal help thos people they scammed? We need our hard earned money. We loaned the money just to have a better future and these people betrayed us. We trusted themand this is what we get? We never deserved to be scammed. Anyone from legal help us please,

Applied for the immigration program for canada in Sept 2020. Based on contract and agreement refund is agreed if within 1or 2 years the application is not successful. Applied for a refund 2 years later and until now only promises and excuses. As of this writing the company looks like its dissolved and nowhere to be found as all emails bounces back.

Is Pacific Migration from Dubai still operating to scam expatriates in the Middle East?

I signed up with them for the AIPP (Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program) in September 2019 and for the RNIP (Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot) in 2020. I fully paid them for the two programs all at once and submitted all the required documents they asked for. After constant follow-ups and updates, I decided to cancel my application and requested a refund because there was no progress except for sweet words and the same promises to wait while they were supposedly job hunting for me.

This is where the struggles, dramas, and promises started. Mr. Farheen, the Case Manager, confirmed that my request was under process, but the same answer was repeated over and over, making me feel deceived. My emails were being passed from one person to another until one day, the communication just stopped. I could no longer contact them, even when I tried calling from Saudi Arabia where I am based. Only the answering machine would pick up.

Who else here has experienced the same thing with this company?

The last email I received from them was on May 16, 2023, and after that, nothing followed. They are no longer reachable by either e-mail or telephone. I have all the copy of the contracts I signed with them, payments, and all the e-mail thread.

pacific migration is a well-organized scammers and thief's. i have made a contract with them for a visa service 2 years ago. neither they provided service nor refunded my money. after they received the money, there is no single step or upgrade for the visa process. they are very good in scamming people in Dubai. i never recommend any person to involve in any visa applications with these scammers.

Experienced terrible experience with Pacific migration. I have been allocated one case manager also, her name is Mary, she did nothing to me & not even involved in refunding my money, and from the Accounts department (Fahreen) she just mails me and tells "your amount will be refunded by August 21, September 21, October 21, November 21, December 21, January 22 and so on.... she just gives me the exact date as if she is going to deposit, but nothing happens and when deadline comes, she will tell stupid reasons. I have been in the worst situation with this company for the last one and half years. This company is not refunding my money AED 13,650. If you want evidence of bills & correspondence emails with Pacific migration, I will post you. So far, I have written some 50 emails but to no use. They did not even do one paper work regarding my German work permit. I have got trapped in this Consultancy. I'm requesting all those people not to approach this firm. Please do not waste your money and time. Hence, I have gone legally & communicated with DED Dubai.
