Some dents and damages to the boxes and also damp as the plastic bag around it, is not enough to protect the boxes. Always however had a good service and quick to delivery but if boxes can be protected just a little more while in transit

Delivered full order quicker than promised.

Bit of a shambles in my opinion. Needed some boxes as my father in law had passed away and i had to clear his flat. First time round i asked for L56 size and received L66. When checked the boxes were far too big for my needs. I phoned and asked them to change them for the correct boxes. was told on the phone to order the correct ones and pay for them online, and i could drop the other ones back and be refunded for them as i needed them for the 27th. Now i know this was on the 23rd of December but as i only work 200 yards away i didn't think it would be a problem. The woman i spoke to didn't tell me what time they were closing and when i arrived at 2pm everyone had gone home.... so i had 20 boxes i couldn't use. a few days ago the other 20 boxes arrive via a 3rd party courier and as the day had passed when i needed them i now have 35 BOXES THAT ARE OF NO USE !!. Refund Please.....
......UPDATE !, Recieved an email from Ben Taylor apologising for the error and putting everything right. Offered a courier to pick up all the boxes and has given me a full refund. All good in the end and no hard feelings to ben and his team. Thank you very much

On arrival thay were actually 20.5x6.4
Very disappointing.as this was the only company I could find that had suitable mailing boxes for the dolls..hence only 4*

I don’t trust the delivery drivers… they say attempted to delivery but not true…. It’s so they can push it into the next day….. all well and good but that’s more time off work for me!!!!

I ordered various colours of tape needed for a project. The blue tape was missing from the package and instead was white tape which I didn’t want or need. I emailed the company to let them know and have had no response for over a week.
*edit* the company got in touch after I wrote this review, apologised for not getting back to my email and arranged to send out the missing blue tape. Many thanks
