Your initial shipment of the spray paint was off from my car’s factory color. Followed your instructions to return the paint card with attached photo of it against my car. I received the replacement paint can and this is very, very close to the factory color. I am very much satisfied with the color match and I am pleasantly surprised at the amount of concern to customer service you provide. Very few companies will do the same amount of over-the-top service you provided. 👏👏👏

Good experience overall, although delivery time after ordering was not as quick as I had hoped. I will be buying here again.

Nice paint match. Close but car has faded over 14 years.
Cost of shipping was high. A single can of paint ended up costing me about $50.00

The order was delivered fine.
However, I requested via the webpage and email that 2 orders should be combined into a single shipment in order to save on shipping. That never happened andI never heard back.

Product was delivered and worked out great. Will definitely be using Paint Scratch in the futire.

I was able match the black paint easily but was not able to find the other 3 colors I need.

I find the BMW metallic paint (steel grey #400) to be a bit TOO metallic. Much grainier than the factory flake. Also, paint and clear coat were applied at about 70 degrees F, at about 8in distance, and still seemed to go on pretty dry. Had to do 8 base coats and 10 2K clear coats to get full coverage and consistency. I waited 10 min between base coats, and about the same for clear (but 18 hrs between last base and first clear), always in the shade. Does dry air of Phoenix affect the application as much as temperature? I have more parts of the car to do, so should I try it at 65 degrees? You're in Vegas so I guess you would know. The spray handle really works well. Without it, I tended to get rubber glove finger tip into the spray stream without realizing it, causing drips.

Better paint than other touch-up. That's why I keep going back. The paint doesn't dry up
