Great service. Deliveries have always been on time. Superb quality on the vegetables and I am very exited about the Easter leg of lamb. 5 stars!

Mainly excellent, but delivery marred by one rotten sweet potato, and nearly all the lovely purple potatoes having black patches inside; one was very rotten.

Consistently delivered on time. Sometimes the fruits are a bit damaged, but this happens rarely.

Lovely fruit and veg and the fruit box is packed with delicious fruit. One somewhat surprising star is their malt bread. My teenagers think it tastes like hot cross buns without the raisins, their bread really is one of the nicest loaves I’ve ever eaten.

Great fruit and veggies. Great delivery. Can't fault any of that. My only gripe which they have already made clear on their website is that one can't swap out any fruit or veggies. So as result we have received some veg especially that we would prefer not to have and are not eating as a result even though paid for.

Once this changes, I would give the company 5 stars. Other than that, they are absolutely fantastic.

The new website and logging process is still wip. I can't log in to amend my subscriptions at all. The orders are being sent to me in error, money, taken from my credit card, my account has not been removed as requested. Client service is swift but they don't address issues thoroughly. Veg is really good, and drivers are great too.

Fantastic produce and a great selection each delivery. I love receiving veg I’d never normally buy and then creating recipes with it. Quality of the produce is better than anything I can get in the supermarket

Excellent produce, easy delivery - what more could you ask?

Every veg, cheese & meat box I have ordered from PGD has been stellar! Being a content editor for a "foodie" social platform, I've tried, tested and published reviews for at least 8 different veg box suppliers over the last year. While there are many great alternatives out there, I've found some fault with all of them, except for Pale Green Dot. I love this company, the produce is excellent, customer service is on point, they are reasonably priced and most importantly actively work to make sustainable choices and do good for the community.

Being a single household, having the choice to order one off boxes is perfect for me. I'm so happy they have this option. Their meat box can keep me going for a whole month, freezing and then defrosting as I need. And their steaks are mouth-watering, so much better than anything a run-of-the-mill supermarket can offer.

I'm very happy to be giving them my personal (out of work) business.

Quick and responsive customer service, super fresh produce of wide variety, prompt delivery. This enterprise was recommended by a friend and we are very pleased to have used it for the past few weeks. Only niggles (minor): we needed a pictorial guide to some of the unfamiliar vegetables - nothing a little Googling could not resolve - and it takes a while to master how to order online, although their revamped website may help with this. Once one embraces the idea of not ordering specific items, receiving a box is a delightful surprise! Our household is enjoying exploring new dishes and meals have become more colourful.

Excellent quality produce and very quickly delivery from day ordered. Probably would need to order more than the small box for two people for a week but overall excellent quality!

The large fruit and veg box was top quality. A good selection and quantity. I love that the produce are sustainably sourced and from local producers where possible. The carrots are straight though, so I do wonder where the wobbly less beautiful ones go to.
