Pampers lekken, terwijl we wel de juiste maat gebruiken. Een grotere maat is ook geen optie, want de pampers zijn nu al een klein beetje te groot

Ich möchte nur zu gerne wissen, warum Ihr die Preise von 16.95 auf 19.95 erhöht habt?? War bisher sehr zufrieden mit Pampers dry pants und Windeln. 3 Euro mehr und weniger Windeln. Schade muss zur Konkurrenz umdisponieren.

I have been a loyal user of Pampers Premium Protection since it was first released. The original version had excellent quality—soft, thick, and very reliable for my baby.

Unfortunately, the recent packs seem to have noticeably lower quality, with thinner material compared to the original product. This is disappointing because the earlier version was truly premium and one of the best diapers available.

I sincerely hope Pampers will consider returning to the original Premium Protection quality that many parents loved and trusted.

Terrible customer service.

I had issues with one of my earned cupons through the reward app- the shop did not accept / read the code, despite having the correct product on my basket and being one of the shops (Tesco) that the coupon covered.

I contacted the CS and was moved from one team to the other, until someone finally seemed to be able to help - Alison. She seemed to be able to help me, and said she would send me 2 packs through post, I was obviously happy with the solution. That was on the 8th of January 2026, I chased her on the 5th of feb as I haven’t received anything. Again, I was told the napies were sent by post, however 20 days after I haven’t received anything.

I still have some pampers left to use, but already started buying other brands for my baby as I don’t want to ever deal with them again. I have another 5pounds off cupom that I won’t bother to use, as it probably won’t work again.

Always used pampers nappies and not had any issues however this last batch (barcode 00109368553) are terrible every one we've used has leaked even with tiny amounts .
Even this morning changed and not even 30mins later it's leaked just so whatever they've done with this batch they need to sort it out

The worst company by far. Used pampers for all 3 of my boys. Saved my points to get £20 off at Amazon. Codes don’t even work. The customer service is shocking takes 1 week to reply with messages that are the same. ! Looking at a different company now. As I feel ripped off all the Nappies I’ve bought and the codes I’ve saved for the £20 not to work !
Being fobbed off all the time by this company good bye pampers !

I used to be a pamper stan but I just bought my restock and the diaper is just different 80% thinner, scratchy, non absorbent, and definitely not leak proof. I used to refuse other brands but now I will be boycotting my favorite because they sold out for a thinner cheaper diaper

Ich versuche seit Wochen den Kundenservice zu erreichen aber bekomme nie eine Antwort. Ich habe meine Punkte beim Treueprogramm für eine Packung Pampers Harmonie eingelöst. Habe den dm Markt ausgewählt da ich dort öfters einkaufen gehe. Ich laden angekommen wurde mir mitgeteilt das Sie die Windeln nicht mehr führen und diese aus dem Sortiment genommen worden sind. Ich habe die ganze Zeit versucht den Kundenservice (über 6 Wochen lang) zu erreichen !! Leider vergebens,
Somit ist der Gutschein und die 2399 Punkte verfallen !!! Bin sehr verärgert und enttäuscht !

I like the diapers, but their reward system is a scam since they removed gift card options. Coupons were difficult to use and now they just expired all my dollars for the new system *facepalm

The only diaper and wipes my son can use! Great brand and decently affordable! The cruiser 360 is our favorite especially with having a toddler and him knowing how to unstrap his diaper.. with the cruiser 360 he can’t do that! They also seem pretty comfortable to him! I also LOVE the scan codes you get with each pack of diapers or wipes! Helps you earn coupons and helps save you money! Hands down best brand!

Es ist einfach schrecklich, mein Konto wurde ohne Grund gesperrt – der technische Support ist schrecklich – er hilft überhaupt nicht. Ich habe Punkte für eine kostenlose Packung Windeln erhalten, kann diese aber aus technischen Gründen nicht erhalten. Keine Hilfe vom Support!
