I have found the Epos system installed by PANA EPOS, is perfect for our business as it’s easy to use, very reliable and comes with a host of
Feature options I can choose from to help manage the business.

The guys there are quick to respond and always resolve any issues I have in a friendly and professional manner. Great service all round.

We have used Panaepos for our tills, till rolls and back office support since we opened nearly 8 years ago. Danny in particular has been great and his knowledge of the systems including our CCTV has been super. Thanks chaps!

I can’t not speak highly enough about Panaepos, nothing and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Professional install team, can program anything you need to sell. The software to change the till system is so user friendly, (shame Apple software wasn’t as easy!).

Just call them, amazing company.

Have worked with these guys for several years, they supply till systems to all three site I look after. Always professional and honest. The software and hardware they have supplied is perfect for what we need and I've found it easy to use and practical. Any technical issues have been resolved in good time and to what I'd expect. Top Class Service from Daniel, the whole company ethic is fantastic. As always we have had teething issues with upgrading our system but knowing there is such a wealth of knowledge at the end of a phone puts our minds to rest.

I had never used a system like this and was amazed how simple it was to pick up, particularly after the training this lovely team offered us. Even our most senior Luddite staff have managed to master the system and the back up support has been second to none and available almost 24 hours a day. ( a necessary requirement in our business).
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

As a newcomer to EPOS I was somewhat nervous about installation and use of a complete system. I should not have worried PanaEpos helped us every step of the way. We were up and running within days and have reaped the benefit ever since. Great service thank you PanaEpos.

We stumbled across Panaepos by chance and are very glad we did. Their systems have been able to do everything we wanted them to do but the highlight has been the extraordinary level of support and the timeliness with which requests for help or changes to the system have been carried out.

Straight forward, hassle free remote support. PanaEpos are always quick to respond to support requests from site and from our Head Office. Site visits when needed are also easy to arrange, the guys they have on their team are knowledgeable, genial and happy to spend time training and explaining.

We'll be expanding our relationship with PanaEpos in the year ahead.
