The whole experience was made easy and less stressful by our agent, Paul. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and followed up on any concerns or last minute requests. We will book through him again in the future. We recommended him to anyone looking to travel.

Experience with our travel agent was excellent! Very responsive and very helpful. Many emails and reminders were sent and I felt very prepared for our trip.

Paul and Lori are a phenomenal team, and I am so lucky I found them!

Lori helped my husband and I organize all of the travel plans and accommodations for our destination wedding back in November 2025 from start to finish. From helping us choose our destination and resort to making sure our large group was taken care of. Our whole group let us know multiple times how helpful and kind she was. She was able to help us connect with all of the necessary people at the resort as well for planning. If we had any issues, she was on the case right away and always made sure to follow up if she had any new information for us and the group.

Paul helped my husband and I plan our dream honeymoon. We decided on a cruise, which we had never done before, and Paul was so helpful from providing information on what cruise to choose, and then the best itinerary. He helped us organize our flights as well and let us know all of our options. If we had any issues or questions along the way it was always met with a prompt and incredibly helpful response.

Both weeks we were away, we always knew both Paul and Lori were right there if we needed them, but because of them all we had to do was show up and just enjoy ourselves stress free.
