As always the service was first rate and the gemstone was beautiful. My only concern was the gem was not the shade of color shown on the video and ID report. However, this was not a deal breaker for me.

Adam has been extremely helpful and honest from the start. Being an international buyer from Canada, it can be daunting to drop a lot of money on a gemstone that I have only seen online/texts/emails, however, Adam has made the process very easy and comforting. I can’t rave enough about my experience! I met with Adam and discussed my ideas for resetting my engagement ring and wedding band after 27 years. He listened to what I had in mind and then showed me examples from his showroom. Adam was honest, kind and creative. We came up with a plan for my rings and I was so excited. The rings were completed within the time frame I was given. When I picked them up, I couldn’t believe how gorgeous they were! They were even more beautiful than I had envisioned! I contacted Paraiba International to make a custom engagement ring and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Adam is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy to contact and responded quickly, letting me know every step from stone choice to shipping. Working with him on making small changes to the design was very easy as well.
