Pakket kwam 3 weken laat aan daarbij had ik een muts en een sjaal besteld muts was er niet in had overigens gebeld ondertussen aangezien t telaat was hebben ze niet eens gezegd dat die muts er niet was en m’n geld heb ik ook nog steeds niet heb ruim 4 weken geleden besteld zou je spullen bij Nederlandse retailers halen

Ordered parka during the Black Friday event (free express shipping). Parka was delivered 3 weeks later (instead of 2 days of expected time).

During that time the only updates I received were "Sorry for your inconvenience" which I had to ask from them via email. The whole communication with CS was the worst I have ever experienced with premium brands.

When the purchase finally arrived the whole parcel and inside looked like garbage. I wish I could upload the images but you can imagine a vastly oversized box with all the contents just messed up inside.

0/10 experience for a 1080€ parka. Will never order again.

Ik heb 19 november een bestelling gedaan via de website van Parajumper. Tot op heden niks ontvangen. Ik wacht dus al een maand op mijn bestelling! Klantenservice 2 weken geleden gebeld wanneer ik mijn pakket kon verwachten. Ze zeiden dat het zsm verstuurd zou worden.. never nooit meer bestel ik via de parajumpers site.

Still waiting on my daughter Christmas present a Mariah parajumper. Been 'being processed' since the day I handed over £340 to them.

Help any advice would be appreciated. 12 days till Christmas and not coat 😢

One star would imply their customer ‘service’ actually did something right, but that’s way too much credit.
I bought a €500 winter bomber and after a little rain it’s full with water stains. So they asked me to send pictures, which I did. 1st reaction was they had not received any. In the exact same mail the pics were attached!! I saw them myself whilst scrolling down!!
They kept denying, so i sent some again and asked for a whatsapp nr if they cannot receive any (knowing it was bs but ok). They are still persistent in denying and after 15 mails…. No solution, call or anything.

There is no zero star option here unfortunately. I placed online order, waited over a week and was told “order is being processed “ with no shipping information available. I requested order to be cancelled and was told that it’s not possible as it is “being processed”. Therefore I am out of money and no merchandise. Disputing via credit card now and making BBB compliant. Beware!

Kleding van slechte kwaliteit terwijl je zou denken dat je wel kwaliteit krijgt voor de prijs. Mijn jas was binnen 1 week stuk

Good luck getting your refund. Took over 2 months after return was sent, multiple emails and threat of a chargeback and I am still short $40. Not sure what's going on over there but I don't think they are properly set up to service the US and process returns reliably.

Jas besteld, alleen kledinghoes ontvangen, jas bleef op “nog te leveren staan”! Gelijk mail gestuurd “wat moet je met een hoes zonder jas”
Ze spelen nu verstoppertje en zeggen steeds wat anders, wij willen jas en/of geld terug, maar ze houden je steeds met vage onderzoeken (o.a. met vervoerder) aan het lijntje …we krijgen niet de juiste informatie als we erom vragen, terwijl wij alles waarom werd gevraagd per mail hebben opgestuurd!! GEEN jas en € 800,- WEG!! …al een maand mee bezig!!

Muts gekocht, deze was na 2 dagen kapot (niet goed gebreid).
Contact gehad met klantenservice deze geeft aan dat het niet hun probleem is.
Belachelijke service voor z’n dure muts.

Order never arrived because of the bad paperwork and more than a month left since I'm fighting for refund. Horrible service, worst I've ever seen. Lazy and unprofessional.

Paid for a jacket that I didn't even get because they didn't send proper paperwork to custom. So, it was sent back to sender and I didn't get my refunds yet. It has been over 18 business days. Been dealing with UPS and parajumper's customer service, of course parajumper service is horrible. no helps. I don't get why they could've just corrected the problem by re-sending with proper paperwork instead of refunding, making the customer wait and then reordering.

I purchased the gobi mens jacket from Robert Goddard
I must say service brilliant and worn jacket for a full winter and yes it has been outstanding and one of the best jackets I have ever owned. Maybe mock imports, but the real thing is great.

Shocking Service / Lack of service ordered £600 worth of clothes 1 month ago still have not received the order requested they cancel 2 weekS ago as was for a holiday which has been and gone now. After emailing daily and calling several times I am still without a refund and I am not feeling hopeful. Do not order from them they are based in Italy and they falsely advertise delivery will be 2-3 working days to the UK.

Scam thru and thru. All emails bounce back. No link to chat, phone line also fake. Product never delivered, no updates, no refund. Just stole my money.

when I disputed this with Amex Parajumpers is refusing to credit me for my return

Utter rubbish … bought 2 jackets one for my son and 1 for me. My son wore his for “good wear” .. about 3 times and I wore mine once and holes just appeared in the sleeves …. I would really hope no one ever bought from this company and they went out of business. I spent nearly €1000 on the 2 jackets. Head to the stone island site, quality much better. I hope someone one in parajumper ready this and gets pack to me.

I've ordered a down jacket, price is about $1000. Order PJ-EU-00033572. It was ordered @15-Feb-2022, with delivery date @28-Feb. It was with no activity till 22-Feb, when I asked customer service by email. And state of order was changed to "in delivery". Yesterday, the day before delivery date I checked and found out that the state changed back to "in warehouse". I asked help desk again, but they didn't reply, already for two days. They just stole my money. Thiefts.
They contacted me and promised to fix the problem. State again changed to 'in delivery'. After that they mailed my and said that I won't have money back. Actually I start to like Putin for what he does. You really deserve it.

Liked the style and the brand. Made in China, really? Severely disappointed to see the exploitation of the 210th Rescue Squadron.
