Everything over this side in Ireland was perfect, however when my parcel was "delivered" in France, there was no email text or any communication as to where it was delivered, it wasn't delivery addres... Ver más

Waste of time. At each stage of the booking portal I ran into an error that wouldn't let me proceed. Probably just as well as I got the parcel sent for less by booking directly on an post.

It was our first time using the…
It was our first time using the service, unfortunately the parcel remainded at the drop off point for over a week before it was collected for delivery:- I do understand that this could have been partly our responsibility and unsure as to whether or not we were to notify where the parcel was left or not; we were unaware of the parcel not being delivered unti the customer came looking for it some 7 days later.

I WAS USING PARCEL2 GO FOR LAST YEAR ALMOST AND EVERYTGING WAS GREAT.ON 31 I AGAIN BOOK ORDER AND AFTER SENDING ME MAY TIMES WRONG LABEL NO ONE CAME TO COLLECT THE PARCEL FINALLY INWAS FEDUP AND I USED OTHER SERVICE.

Zero stars...
If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected it. Such poor customer service. After paying for my parcel to be collected my order was cancelled by the company and subsequently not picked up. No one from customer services responded to me. Would certainly not recommend to anyone.

The last package sent arrived damaged…
The last package sent arrived damaged and could not be used. I had to replace to my customer as something had put a hole through the packaging - customer sent complaint and was quite upset.

No one picked up my parcel , I was charged regardless, I would never ever use or recommend this company to anyone.
