This company has terrible communication and is extremely slow. One of the steps is to obtain court records. They told me it was 3-6 months. However, it's been 9 months and still no update or follow up. I've already lost 1 job and got turned down for another job due to my record and this company has done nothing to help move my application for record suspension along. Canada.ca has an easy to follow process so save your $1100 and do it yourself. It'll be much faster.

I paid the $1000 fee in 2024. I followed up multiple times after 1yr plus and was told it was still processing and that they would contact me. Recently they contacted me telling me they sent me an email months ago telling me I needed to complete another step. I did not see or receive the email and now they want to charge me another $300+ to "reactivate" my file. I was never aware or informed of another step at any point or additional costs after I paid in full up front.

They are a scam! I just had a DUI and they just wanted more and more money and lied about me not checking my emails until I had to re-open my account with them apparently.

I have been working with Pardons Canada for the past year and they are extremely knowledgable and understanding people. They know what you need and what you don't need and can walk you through many different scenarios to assist you. Never felt pressured and I actually took the time I needed before starting anything.
Would recommend them.

Ripoff company I pd 2425.00 for Bryan to complete my pardon and us waiver he pocketed the money and I got zero. Then they demanded 1200 more and started to text me on Saturdays, 1am on the week nights . They need to close they are a scam
