Parkers allows dodgy dealers, BEWARE! Don't be a fool like me! Bought a car from AUR Motors Sunbury-on-Thames on May 20th, called to return it May 22nd when my mechanic found hidden issues. Ali at AUR Motors assured me he would return my money. I have a long paper trail to prove it. 5 weeks later and still no money! All he does is keep saying no problem, this man will rob you! Parkers allows thieves on its site, does not do due diligence, BEWARE!

UPDATE #2 23/07/26: I have now received an apologetic email from Parkers confirming the refund and asking me, if I am satisfied, to remove or update this review. This is my update.

UPDATE 23/07/26: following the publication of this review I received my refund (but no communication)

Someone recommended the Parker’s paid service to get an accurate valuation for my mother’s car. I duly paid £6.99 to get the detailed valuation on 18/07/26. On different browsers (safari and edge) and different devices (iPhone/ iPad/ Windows PC) when I adjusted the mileage to 8000 to update the valuation it always defaulted to 20,000 miles.  I emailed Parkers on 18/07, 20/07 and today (22/07) as to whether this was correct and, if not, for a refund as it was not an accurate valuation. So far, no reply.

I received my order on time . Great care was taken in packing the plants .The plants were wrapped individually, and in excellent condition on arrival.
Very strong fresh plants excellent quality. I will definitely order from J.Parker's again.

The Rugby staff are outstanding. They make you so welcome and go above and beyond to provide the best service.

Extremely poor service to tenants. They don’t show up, don’t offer any help, and never respond to tenant calls. They even threaten tenants to carry out repairs themselves, otherwise the tenancy will be terminated

Gives bad reviews on dashcams, brought a Miofive based on Parker’s excellent review and found it completely false can’t get good footage unless all cars are not moving

Provides useful,practical guidance/advice,without additional sales-push or bias,enables consumer to take a clear overview of selected vehicles based on honest experiences of others just as relayed by Parkers.Also have picked up many points re my own vehicles that I didn't know of before reading Parkers reviews etc.,including prospects of re-sale etc,so their reviews refresh my own knowledge of present vehicle and it's realistic value from a resale point of view or in any decision to retain the car.

It's a while since I have used this site, but you need to show more cars , than the financial stuff, for the moment, but on the whole it's great
