First time I have used this company and very impressed.
On departure the driver was waiting for me when I arrived and handover took 2 minutes.
On return I was earlier than expected but car appeared within a few minutes.
This service offers the convenience of driving directly to the airport terminal (in my case Heathrow T3) without the eyewatering cost of parking there, and avoids the hassle of offsite parking (waiting for minibuses etc).
Will definitely use again.

Whilst I have used this service several times, this time was the last. The telephone operator was rude and aggressive with a filthy mouth. No one should be sworn at, mot least a customer. Having written to the company and followed up without so much as an acknowledgement or response, I can only conclude this is the way they respect customers. I will be using alternative providers and suggest caution when booking with such people.

To start with, communication is awful. They never respond to emails or calls. Even the number you’re supposed to call when you land isn’t answered to every time. I’ve also realised I made a booking mistake 5 minutes after placing the order. Wrote immediately an email and never got a reply, let alone the refund for the difference in price (I had booked one day too much).

I've used Parkway many times and they have always been great but this time they excelled themselves!My husband fainted boarding the plane and had to be taken to A&E.I needed to get the car back from the compound to travel home the same day and they were so kind and helpful and went out their way to return the car.Even the driver waited patiently for our return to heathrow airport and they were so kind. Thanks so so much for all your kindness.

We used Parkway from Heathrow for our 3 week trip to Oz. Bit nervous about it - took photos of mileage, body work but needn’t have worried. Fantastic service with pick up and drop off very close to terminal. Pleasant, polite staff. Will use again. Perfect.

THis is my third or forth time using this company. The service is excellent, on time and really courteous/friendly. The price is also very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Was very nervous about off site parking at Heathrow, but Parkway was fantastic. Ramzi was excellent communicating with us, and even came back when I forgot something in car! Great experience

Researched alot of meet and greet companies and check reviews. However after researching we decided to use Parkway recently for meet and greet at T5 Heathrow for a week.
Really good value for money, great service.
Easy to find and flexible as we allowed time for traffic but didn’t need it and let us arrive a little earlier than planned. Car was collected from us within 10 mins for arriving. On arrival home, car was ready for us as we got out of the terminal.
Polite and professional, would definitely use again and recommend.

I'm always wary using Meet and Greet parking companies as you hear horror stories of cars coming back damaged or being ditched somewhere during the duration - but I have to say, I didn't have this concern with Parkway Parking Heathrow.

Pick up was seamless, I called 30 mins before arrival and someone was there probably 2 minutes after I arrived. They were polite, friendly, and gave me all the info I needed for my return - even made an indication on my booking that I only had hand luggage so I wouldn't take long.

Upon arrival I called when I got through passport control, and had enough time to just get a cup of tea and walk to the car park before someone arrived. Car wasn't damaged, nothing was taken or moved and they paid for my ticket and off I went.

Honestly, couldn't be happier and would happily use them again if the service continues to be this good.

I have used this company many times and found them to provide good service, however recently I have found that my vehicles was driven at 80mph and that when returned the tyre pressure indicator on the dashboard was illuminated but the driver didn't say anything. I have emailed the company twice asking for a comment but both emails have been ignored. This is not good customer service and very disappointing too

Used Parkway for meet and greet parking at Terminal 3. We had to come home earlier than expected to due to family illness. Parkway were really helpful and car was waiting for us in the carpark

AVOID. I wish I could give this brand 0 stars.
Shocking customer service - rude, aggressive, unsympathetic, tone of emails is unacceptable. Never before have I ever been spoken to by a business the way they have spoken to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - CAR VANDALISED

When we collected our car, the driverside including the wing mirror of the car was covered in eggs which had dried.

We pointed this out to the return driver, who instructed us to email the company to resolve it.

We have emailed twice with no response.

Do NOT use this company the cars are obviously not parked in a secure location or the staff vandalise the cars.

They returned my car with the gift of a ULEZ charge. They took my car into the ULEZ zone without my permission and they had no right to do so.

Do not use this company unless you like paying ULEZ fines that you are not responsible for.

Parkway are pretty reliable, never much wait time. This week though i had my car returned to me absolutely filthy having dropped it clean. Thought they would do the honourable thing and pay for it to be cleaned, just ignored my three emails instead. Gone way down in my estimations.

Used these a few times now always there at airport waiting for us.
Just note we didn’t realise they are not open prior to 04:00 so when you try calling them before then to advise 30mins don’t panic and sh** yourself like I did and nearly pay for another parking. They phoned me bang on 04:00 to see if we are all okay. Will use these again for sure!

Driving to the airport I phoned Parkway Parking when 30 minutes from my destination, short stay car park, T5 Heathrow. The call went straight to voicemail. I called the alternative number which redirected me to voicemail. On my journey I phoned another 39 times with no answer leaving messages to call me back. I was actually in the car park before getting a call back.
When collecting the car I was told it would be 5 to ten minutes and the car would be with me. Before I had even left the luggage collection area I got a call telling me it would now be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later the car arrived at the pickup point!
One star is too good a rating!

Excellent service again from this company. I was an hour early but they were still happy to collect my car. I had trouble finding the T3 car park and the kind driver guided me over the phone. Best meet and greet that I've used.

Booking easy, rang a few days before just to check how quickly the phone was answered and was immediate. Rang when 20 minutes out and driver was there when we arrived at Heathrow. Rang when we landed and had luggage and driver arrived within 10-15 minutes. No issues with car, excellent service. I have been almost caught before with dodgy parking companies so did full research. Always check trustpilot reviews and not the website reviews, always check companies house for how long the company has been running, and directors who can open and close and rename. Did all my research and so pleased with this company...well done guys xx

Excellent service called when we were 20 mins away and someone there to meet us then called when we picked up our luggage and someone there waiting for us 10 mins later very polite
Have used twice in last 7 months and cannot fault them
