Their support is great. Developers really cary about the product.

I am having issue with the platform, so I scheduled a zoom meeting and they never showed up

PartyLabz has a ton of features that made my invites look great and helped me effectively manage a large guest list, well worth the cost. The workflows could be a little more intuitive, but once I figured it out I had a great experience.

I used PartyLabz to manage the RSVP process for my party with roughly a 100 guests and it was a breeze to use. The ability to design a website, upload images, provide location details (direct integration with Google maps) and manage email communication with my guests were all nice features.

I found it very helpful!

I’ve printed the guest list easily and my guests also found it easy to confirm their presence.

We had a great birthday thanks to this site. I created the online invitation with party labz. Made physical invites with the partylabz link inside. Guests were able to contact me if they needed help finding the park we held it at. It was easy to set up. I never made an account and my guests never had to make any accounts and we were able to fully use the website! I will totally use again and again!

Great party site
I looked at several party sites. I was very happy with using this site. Our invitations were running late, so we started using this site as a save the date. The ability to have a QR code and web address made it easy for us to share her party invites. Once the official invites were distributed, the ability for people to RSVP on the site and get updated information was great. The site was also very user friendly. A bit clunky that each time a person came back to the site it gave them a new link, but it was not overtly time consuming.

Used this to create my partners bday invite! It’s a brilliant great electronic way to manage RSVPs and create a guestlist. RSVP links are the future! Thank you PartyLabz will definitely use again.

Absolutely rubbish. Paid for an upgrade of to add more than 100 guest and it still doesn’t even let me add then just restricts me to 100guest. it just took my money and that’s it don’t use this rubbish website. They don’t even respond when I raise the issue

Simple to use and the invites looked lovely. I copied the link to the event on a flyer which I sent out and and they then clicked on the flyer to rsvp. Overall happy with the experience :)

This is one of the worst programs I've ever used. a
After spending hours entering data for recipients and designing and invitation, the d***** invitation would not go out to anyone but me. I contacted them three times and never heard back. The event was yesterday, sans invitation. I did my best to compose an email to make up for the lack of performance by this program. Needless to say I will never, ever use them again and I will tell everybody I know. Talk about lack of customer service and what a colossal waste of time!

I was looking for an easy to use, free, online site that would allow me to send invites to guests for a scavenger hunt without having them create an account. PartyLabz did that and so much more. Very easy to use site with very simple setup and good features for the free version. If my scavenger hunts grow, i'll definitely be paying for the advanced services.

Used this for a digital birthday party for about 20 people. I wanted it to simply generate a link so I can text it to my friends. I know the option was available in the site's UI, but the service kept pushing me to use their mass texting feature, which I had to pay $10 for - pretty steep for what you actually get.

The result was that all my friends got a text from a weird 1-855 number and thought it was a spam bot. Since reading their privacy policy, I now have the icky feeling that my friends will be harassed by an actual spam bot operation as a consequence of Partylabz selling their information. I hope I'm wrong about this, but so far they haven't given me any reason to believe so.

It's OK but not great. We used it for a birthday party for 200-300 people.

It's kinda helpful in that it enables you to create an invite page and send people to it to register and get info but didn't turn out to be as useful as I'd hoped.

I find the logon process clunky and annoying for multiple hosts - a simple login and password would have been better..

Texts didn't work in the UK. Emails are only so useful in this day and age - more people responded via Facebook Messenge4r and WhatsApp groups TBH. if it integrated with these, its usefulness would massively increase,

Next time I think I'll just create a Facebook even and do it that way,

I’ve used Partylabz to create company customer events for the past 2 years very successfully. It’s fairly easy to set up a new event and comes with some basic images but it is easy to upload your own image header. You can upload your list of invitees in one batch and it will keep track of whom has RSVP’d, or whom has not. I really like the reminder emails for your event which comes default messages. Also Partylabz is reasonably priced and is free to use if your list is under 100 people. One of the best features of the software is that it does not require the invitee to register unlike some other online event programs. My only complaint is that although it's fairly easy to use, I think some kind of quick start instruction manual would be useful. I am very happy with customer support - Sergey is responsive and helpful.
