I’m always worried about ordering furniture online; they had such a good deal on the furniture pieces that it almost seemed too good to be true. But it was in fact true!! The delivery time estimate was accurate & the customer service team were really helpful when I emailed them. The cabinet arrived exactly as described and it’s so perfect. I am so happy I shopped here - 100% recommend :)

I had a very good experience with Pattern Furniture. They actually answered the phone and were very helpful. PayPal picked up my old address and they resolved that issue quickly and kept me updated.
The order arrived in only a few days and the delivery company kept updating us over the days leading up to the delivery and on the delivery day.
The product was of good quality and at a very reasonable price.

Order 2 Scandi bedside tables/drawers which are part of a beautiful range. They are sturdy and structurally well made.
HOWEVER The biggest and unfortunately significant disappointment is that the paint chips and flakes off incredibly easily. A soft cardboard medication box bumped into the top edge and paint flaked off, other areas the paint is chipped cracking including the off top frame of a drawer. And without sealed paint protection the MDF swells with any damp cleaning.
Quality is not at all as expected. Despite being careful this Scandi bedroom range is not suitable for daily use unless you’re happy with it chipping, flaking and cracking. Ikea lasts far longer with much harder wear and tear going on.
Pattens Customer Service response to any suggestion the paint may be faulty or something else must be wrong (why else would the paint crack and chip so incredibly easily) was I am to pay for an independent furniture inspection to prove it. Just wow!

I recently ordered the Trojan Grey 1.2m Grey Sintered Stone Fixed Top Dining Table and it is stunning! Estimated delivery was 7-14 days, however it arrived 2 days later! When I came to assemble the table, one of the legs was faulty. I emailed Patten's straight away who contacted the supplier, and I had a new table leg within 24 hours. Excellent service and excellent quality furniture, I look forward to shopping there in the future for my furniture for my new home!

Table received but was never used as I was still searching for the right chairs. Just noticed that the marble is now coming apart and needs to be re-glued back together in the underside. No response received to my email advising Pattens of the issue.

Can’t give proper review other than I’ve ordered a chair with a 10 week wait

Easy to order on line, delivery was stated to be within 7 days, this took almost a week longer but we were informed of time and date and the garden table and chairs safely delivered yesterday 23 June. They are currently under construction and look good.

I order a large gnome for my garden and it said it will take 10-14 days and everything as what is the company described. A great communication with the details of which courier company and tracking number. My gnome arrived safe and sound at my neighbours while I am at work. Will definitely but from Pattens Furniture again.

They delivered the next day at no extra charge and the delivery guys put the boxes into the garden, no problem. Thanks for the smooth order and a really great price Patterns.
