Would recommend 100%-Supportive and Kind.
The people that have spoken to both on the phone, Whatsapp and Email could not have been nicer. They were patient, understanding and made everything so easy with no judgement at all.

Exceptional customer service

My advisor (Grace) was extremely helpful, supportive, understanding and patient while we completed my DMP Review. She explained everything clearly and concisely and answered every question I had, making me feel infinitely better about my plan. The service I received was outstanding.

Great service and advice

I feel so much better knowing that I have managed to consolidate my debts and setup a suitable payment plan, Sam was very helpful, understanding and empathetic and gave lots of advice on how to go about setting this up and how to budget my finances. Thank you Sam for all your help and advice, you was very thorough and explained the best options and I feel so much better and such a relief to know how I can manage my money better.

Great Service and Professionalism

I have recently been through a difficult time dealing with debt and I personally have not found it easy. However, I have appreciated the help of both Joe Haynes and Elton Candido and the have both been professional and reassuring through the process. They are both a credit (pardon the pun) to PayPlan.

DO NOT TRUST PAYPLAN

PayPlan were so helpful when I first reached out and then after that, they were useless.
They ruined my credit file by not reaching out to my creditors to make them aware of the payment agreement. Multiple creditors asked for evidence that PayPlan had attempted to reach out to them. After requesting a DSAR and a complaint to try fix my credit file for their error, they declined my request as I had now cleared my balance and I was no longer a customer. I hope you look forward to hearing from FOS.
Do not trust them. They told me to ignore letters from creditors.

WORST DECISION EVER!

Empathy and honesty.

As an executor of my late friends estate I have had nothing but high praise for the way this company has dealt with her case. From empathy towards my feelings, to revealing an insurance policy that was not known to me. This gave not just clearance of her debts but money to leave her 7 grandchildren. Fantastic service. Can't rate them enough.

my experience with the DAS team at pay…

my experience with the DAS team at pay plan was a excellent service the lovely gentleman i got all the help and support through out was Tom Brown Debt Devision Case Officer I really cant express how grateful i am to him he was very patient and very understanding through out helping me set up my Debt Management plan he also took the time to understand my situation Tom was very polite and made me feel so much at ease he explained everything in a way i understood from start to finish and always on the other end of the phone if i needed help with anything at all i feel so much positive in my life having my finances all sorted out and starting to budget now i can see light at the end of the tunnel thanks to Tom and everyone who works with pay plan to anybody who are struggling and not coping with there debt I would strongly recommend pay plan it took me a wee while to pick the phone up to them but now I feel it was the best thing that I have ever done. Asking for help and support is a huge…

Asking for help and support is a huge step and pay plan are absolutely brilliant and do not judge. Very helpful and friendly and have helped me huge amounts I can't recommend enough I'd give a hundred stars if that was an option. I spoke with Josh today and I can not…

I spoke with Josh today and I can not thank him enough!
He was so helpful with all aspects of my debts I have; I’ve put down the off phone with a massive weight lifted off my shoulders in regards to my debts. I wish I had spoken to him sooner! He is a credit to the company!

Zero compassion just in it for the…

Zero compassion just in it for the money, I called today as I keep getting emails regarding my annual review of my IVA despite completing the budget and sending all the documents via the website, I spoke to a lady who was very rude didn’t care about my situation, I explained I had completed everything they asked for and she just argued with me the entire time I was on the phone! They seem to only have a few people that are actually qualified to deal with an IVA and all the other people that answer the phone are just call centre staff! I get bombared with emails and texts they never call and the emails don’t make sense half the time! You would think coming to a company like payplan they are there to help get out of debt and should be people that understand and are compassionate of your situation!! It’s no surprise so many people bury their heads in the sand and don’t reach out for help! Your calls are supposedly recorded so please look into the call I had and train your staff better to deal with people

I had concerns when I got into a debt…

I had concerns when I got into a debt spiral, but Payplan gave me back my peace of mind and smile. They are very professional. If I could hug them, I would hug the entire team that is dealing with my case. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

BRILLIANT service

I reached out to PayPlan yesterday after struggling to make ends meet and spoke to Joe, Sarah and Sergio and they were all kind, patient with my disability and all my questions, and understanding of my situation. They helped me find a budget that works for me and offered me a solution to my problem. I now feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with debt.
