Nathan Woods what a star!!

I had a fantastic experience with Nathan today. They were exceptionally kind and considerate, truly listening to everything I shared. They took all my concerns into account and provided tremendous support, leaving me feeling reassured and confident. A really nice person, brilliant at what they do, and a true asset to the company!!

Tilly and all the other team members I corresponded with were always polite and understanding. I always felt that my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. The team made an otherwise stressful process much easier to deal with!

Very good today explained everything in detail explained to me any problems to get in touch highly recommend them

Whilst they are very polite and helpful and I’d had a good experience up till yesterday.
My bad experience came when wanting to sell my property. It was not explained to me at any stage (even though I kept them updated at every step) the length of time it takes to put on and remove a restriction on property. I was told it was ok to go ahead and put the property on the market which I did and quickly got a buyer.
Only over a month in did it become apparent that lifting the restriction would take time. I was assured after pushing for accurate information that it would take approximately 2weeks. I then received a notification from the Land registry to place the restriction on the property )it wasn’t even in place at this stage)
I spoke to Land Registry and it takes about 6 months or more to put a restriction in place and all PayPlan needed to do at this stage was call and cancel it as it had not been applied. Worst case scenario would be another 6 months to remove it. PayPlan have brushed aside my complaint with excuses. There’s no excuse for not keeping people fully informed of process.
I will now incur high costs involved with solicitors and estate agents if (which I’ve no doubt I will) I lose my buyers who in turn have also had costs due to solicitors and survey.
Who pays these costs, certainly not PayPlan!
BE VERY AWARE WHEN ENTERING AN IVA REGARDING THIS MATTER.

Regarding my plan which I was a bit unsure if the plan was working
But I have have to say it is now a year on and the stress pay plan have taken away from me is brilliant. My plan is working well 🙏 thank you pay plan

When I reached out to PayPlan and then received a phone call back, that first person I spoke to was so perfectly matched for what I needed on that first phone call. The caller was non-judgemental, kind, patient and empathetic. They were able to listen and gather all the necessary information. They then passed me onto an advisor who could put all the information together and provide a number of viable solutions. This person, again, was perfect for what I needed. They were so up-beat and positive and also kind and warm. And it made me feel hopeful that everything was going to be okay.

I can't thank PayPlan enough for their help. It is literally changing the trajectory of my life and that of my family's.

Sam Clubley was so patient in understanding my worries and gave me a plan which I can afford.He included things like hairdressers , shoe shopping , clothes shopping which I have not even considered for months!! It brought me into tears as I felt for a long time I just can’t afford anything. Soon my plan will start and hoping I can smile again ;)

I have to commend this company for they're reassurance and guidance. In particular Alex who really is an asset to your company, he was very understanding, patient and helpful.

PayPlan are an excellent company to deal with, everyone of the staff are so friendly and professional. The lady I spoke to today (Chloe) went above and beyond to put me at ease. Thankyou so much PayPlan.

Have only just got this up and running bit it feels like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. Hopefully will be debt free and able to get on with life. Andres has been very supportive at all times. Very patient and very understanding.

The people I spoke with explain things really well and didn't make me feel worse about a debt.

The team were empathic and non-judgemental and were fully dedicated to making a pretty daunting process as smooth as possible. I also thought Sheryl went over and above to answer questions I had and address any of my concerns. Excellent service, I would recommend it to anyone in need of help sorting their finances.

Laura was compassionate, patient, and understanding with my questions and low knowledge. She helped keep me calm during a stressful time and reassured me I was making good decisions. Highlight of my day talking to her!

I made a phone call yesterday regarding a review due to some changes and Georgia day was absolutely brilliant and made the process to easy and smooth and done everything she could to help and get me to where I feel at a good head level again, would highly recommend.

Charlie/Charlotte is an absolute asset to your company. The level of care and understanding i received was off the charts. I can't thank Charlotte/Charlie enough for her super impressive patience and ability to put me at ease through the whole process.

The conversation I had with the agent who called was very reassuring. But they sent a link to a website that I found difficult to comprehend. Information overload! Too much for stressed mind to take in. In every section, so much reading. I struggle with ADHD and I lack certain abilities. I'm more stressed about my debt than I was before I messed with this crap!
