PBS dealt with customs clearance requirement for our company (Kehui International) for a commercial consignment arriving in the UK from China. The handler (Tui Qalo) was extremely professional and efficient, helping us to avoid storage costs which was much appreciated. Tui was in regular contact, prompted politely for required documents and ensured the perfect delivery to our factory. Great work!

The service and professionalism I received from Tui at PBS today was impeccable from start to finish even after I had collected my parcel and got home I was greeted with a follow up message to make sure I had received my parcel and everything was ok, this gentleman is an absolute asset to the company. 10/10

Being a novice in brining my belongings back to UK by air, I was informed I needed A shipping agent , I was in luck as Emirates Sky-cargo directed me to PBS . From the get go PBS staff member Tui Oalo was professional and patient in explaining the process and costs involved. The service was seamless and efficient . Prompt updating kept me informed while the storage of my items at the Gatwick facility was the icing on the cake. Well done to all involved , genuine Thanks all around.

James Lemon and the team did a fantastic job helping me ship a last minute package to Mauritius on Emirates cargo. Contacted with <24 hours to fly. and though only 5 bags personal, i felt like i was a tier 1 client for a major shipment. Great great service and all was taken care of through pick up, customs, updates and final delivery. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for the peace of mind during this move. Huge.

I had great Experienced with Lucy Bay . She had help us through to get our Dog flown from Singapore to London on 12/07/19 .She is very alert tho last minute Zorro, our dog have last minute change of Airway Bill Number And she still manage to get Him through safe and sound . We can’t thanks her enough . She did an excellent job and Zorro is safe and sound back to us . Massive Thank You to Lucy and her team .PSB International Freight is very Trustworthy and Most recommended .

Moved from South Africa to the UK. South African agents was useless but Steve at PBS absolutely a lifesaver. He handle my paperwork, goods and everything else with care. PBS is professional and friendly. Been only a pleasure working with them.

I had a very solid experience using Lucy from PBS to help my dog from Hong Kong clear UK customs. She responded to all my queries promptly (I didn't have an agent HK side and I've never imported a dog before) and helped me get Mangos papers pre approved. As a result we only waited 2hrs for our dog to get through ARC, and she was in spirits on reunion. Thanks PBS.

Absolutely awful. Hardly any communication, I had to constantly chase them to find out where my things were being shipped over. I was told it would be loaded on a ship on the 14th January. I ended up calling from New Zealand as I had already moved on February 5th to ask for the paperwork as I had received nothing.
They had said yes its on its way and gradually gave me the shipping documents. But when I got the call from the freight agent in NZ my things were loaded onto another ship which set sail on 15th February!!! Then I had the huge shipping port costs that they didn't explain or gave me any option that I could of paid in the UK. They haven't given me any piece of mind... Jordan was my agent... Do not use them!
