First-rate service across all dimensions. Their range of products is extensive - better than other retailers in my experience; the website is easy to navigate; the descriptions are helpful; ordering is straightforward; orders arrive in Canada when promised and the items are packaged securely.

The Pendle online ordering system is second to none. Ordering from New Zealand my go to is always Pendle Slots and only ever go elsewhere for items not carried by Pendles such as Pro Track wheels, 3/16" track braid etc. Pendles customer service is 100%, packages arrive in a timely manor, well packed and orders are always complete.

Excellent Customer Service
This business is great if you live in Australia and can't find the car or part you are after locally. Prices and delivery costs are reasonable and they post the items immediately. Highly recommended.

Slot Car Racings best
I live in Canada and now use PSR exclusively for my slot car purchases. Although sometimes a little more expensive than Canadian or US suppliers the service a selection is second to none.

I have used Pendle quite a few times now for both Carrera and Scalextric. If I have not been sure about something a phone call has always been able to sort my question out. Very pleased with the service and will use Pendle whenever possible.
