This company are absolutely amazing! I am thrilled that they have managed to get some money back for me, I lost alot, I was totally heartbroken. They are also helping with a second claim. A thoroughly positive result and experience. In all honesty I didn't have much hope of any success following a truly dodgy pension investment. I spent years angry at myself then decided to let these guys have a go on my behalf. It took hardy any effort on my part and they kept me fully informed, then out of the blue I got a call saying they have won all my pension back plus more and within days it hit my account. Thrilled with their effort and professionalism. I dealt with a few different staff and all were informative, polite and helpful. This was my 2nd claim for compensation and it went as smoothly as the 1st (even through long periods of lockdown!), I was updated regularly by PCC throughout my claim and would recommend this company to deal with your claims, also received enough compensation to cover my losses.

I must confess I was skeptical at first. So many scams and cons. But they are the real deal. I had been conned an they got me the compensation. Fees exactly as explained on day 1. No hidden extras. Great communication and advice throughout the process. This lot are the real deal, I think. I know you hear on the radio that you don’t need to use a claims company, you can do it all yourself. I couldn’t have. I’d have wound up with nothing. Personally, I would highly recommend. A professional outfit who know what they’re doing. Which I didn’t.

Update: Still 5 stars! Just wanted to add that they have helped me process another claim and helped with all the paperwork. Very grateful to the whole team there, in a time when integrity in any type of business is in short supply, this has been a breath of fresh air for me. I have been gifted with peace of mind.

I was advised to reach out to PCC when I foolishly decided to create a SIPP having little knowledge of what it really meant. Pension Claims Consultancy has worked diligently on my claim over the past two years. I have always been kept in the loop with everything that was happening via letters and email. Anytime I called, staff were genuinely caring and polite. PCC were able to get me compensation that in effect covered my losses and are still working on another claim due to the complexity of my SIPP. I am truly grateful to all at PCC and feel vindicated.
