Good customer service from reception. Mr Stelios Retzepai gave me one of my best sports/tension release massage I’ve ever received before. Definitely coming back again.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I had struggled with a bad pain in my shoulder that Virginie did a great job of healing but she referred me to her colleague Stelios Retzepai who finally cured it. It was an incredible session that incorporated various methods such as acupuncture, reiki and massage. After two months of a trapped nerve I walked out pain free and happy. I couldn't recommend them enough. The best of the best. Stelios helped me beyond words and I feel like I have a new body.

Excellent massage from Yaneth again. Had muscular niggle from training for Ride London 100 mile bike ride. Yaneth’s expertise has done its magic in relieving this. Such a friendly and professional clinic with great staff. Highly recommend.

My experience was ok but pretty disappointing considering the cost. Staff were very friendly and could fit me in the same day. However, it felt the physio/massage work done was a little general and there was no follow up program which was promised. I chased for this and when the recommend exercise work came it was a standard brochure of stretches and for the complete wrong body part/area I was treated for. Would rather spend my money elsewhere.

This is a brilliant place to practice pilates. After 2 years attending pilates classes as part of my gym membership and experiencing teachers who knew as much about Pilates as my cat it was time to step things up.
yes it is a little more expensive but buying a block of ten classes brings it down to £11 a class. The class has a maximum of 8 people which is amazing. I have been in a class where there was only 2 people! The teachers are all experienced and with their individual styles that really complement each other.
I cannot praise them highly enough. The studio itself is lovely with a place to sit and drink a herbal tea if you get there early. All in all - I would never go back to the gym.

The person who set up my attendance at Pulses class went above and beyond expectations when dealing with an older person like myself not confident confident of doing new things on line. Looking forward to my classes.

Staff were helpful and efficient, all rooms were spotlessly clean and the trainers were well qualified and friendly.
