Avoid this company do yourself a favor, I ordered a brake booster kit, waited a week for it to ship, I called to ask about it they said they were waiting on parts it would be 3 weeks possibly I asked for a refund they then told me it would be 15 days to process a refund, has to file a fraud charge with my bank to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable business!!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Said product would arrive by the 13th of March. I called they said sorry we're waiting on shocks. Waited 3 weeks called again was told ohh no we have the shocks were waiting on the brackets it will be several more weeks until they're done. I said i dont have months to wait for parts I want a refund. He said no problem it'll take atleast 15 business days until you get a refund. 20 minutes later I get a message saying from another person from sister company saying we have brackets but we dont make shocks in house. Like get your lies together. Will never deal with them again and would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money here buy elsewhere and see all the other crappy reviews

These people are some jokers, save your time and money; shop somewhere else.

I placed a $500 order for a brake booster/Master Cylinder combo on December 20th (it’s now January 13th). It got to December 26th and I didn’t get any shipping info so I reached out. They emailed back and said they don’t have it in stock (website didn’t say that), that they’d get it on January 15th, and that they’d get me an update within 2 days.

It got to December 30th, heard nothing, so I sent an email requesting an update. They never answered me back. So I reached out again on January 7th; they again didn’t email me back. So I called them, sat on hold for 20 minutes, and now they’re saying they still don’t have the parts, and MAY get them in another two weeks (over a month since the order).

I’ll never order anything from these people again. What a joke.

Charged me but never sent anything but excuses. Rip off company.

Place order Sept 13 for over $2,500. Rec'd confirmation email. Nothing was ever shipped to my mechanic after 30 days. Called three times and each time was told they would get back with me, and of course that never happened. Called again today to cancel order, and was told I would receive a credit memo within 1-2 days. No apology offered for lateness of delivery or anything. Let's see if I actually receive a refund!

Bought a complete suspension kit. After less than a year, front springs had to be replaced at additional expense by me. My mechanic said that not only were the springs substandard, but had weakened to the point of the suspension hitting the tops of the shocks! Our car had become unsafe to drive. POL is POS!

Don’t order by POL they didn’t send your item witch your orderderd and no money back i’ve tou asked for refund.
Stay far from it

Ordered a power brake conversion it, after 3 weeks I got most of the parts but not all and no instruction sheet. Called multiple times to get missing stuff ordered. 5 days later still no ship confirmation or tracking number. I will look for other parts supplier in the future

They will take your money, not answer the phone for hours, they don’t reply to emails in a way that’s effective or helpful. They have no grasp of simple logistics and simply don’t care what they put their customers through. It’s the worst parts company I’ve ever used. Look up their BBB reviews my experience absolutely mirrors every other complaint. I would bet the owners of this company are somewhat blind to the way their customer service treats its customers.

I ordered from Performance Online on 13th July. All the items were showing as in stock on their website.

Afterwards they emailed to say that some goods were on back order!!!

It's been nearly a month and I have had no updates on the shipment and they are not replying to my emails.

AVOID!!!!!!
