Absolutely awful company!
I returned a fragrance! as not the original, and the smell was nothing like the original!
Asking for a refund I was denied! It was sent back in the original box and packaging, no cellophane was around the fragrance either!
The reply emails saying it wasn’t faulty?! and was damaged etc….odd reply! and lies! totally unprofessional and quite rude!
Not to be trusted at all.

Excellent service
I placed an order with Perfume Click on Tuesday afternoon at 3.54pm, and by 4.08pm the same day it had been dispatched.
My order was delivered at 7.40am the following morning.
What more could anyone ask for.
I did opt for 24hr delivery though, but i didn’t expect it the next day as I ordered so late in the day.
Their prices are excellent too.
I’d have no hesitation in buying from Perfume Click again.
Thanks for your excellent service guys.

Just look at the courier reviews for Ireland, and I will leave it there.
I ripped the cellophane off a box of perfume I mistakenly ordered, and Perfume Click are even taking this back for me. An absolute pleasure of an online company to deal with, always very prompt return emails and just generally you feel well looked after.

Short end of the straw.....
Packaging was nice, arrived in a timely manner and product seems authentic. The straw in the bottle doesn't go down to the bottom. It's about 1/3 short. How is my wife supposed to get the rest of her perfume once she passes the straw?
