I put my order in late Sunday and received it this morning. So quick and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend buying perfumes from this business. Very impressed

The perfume arrived quickly and upon opening I realised I had purchased the wrong fragrance from the Lancome family.. purchased for a birthday gift ..I contacted the company immediately to see if I could return. The reply was no, stating their policy is a no refund for a change of mind… further down the policy said there was a seven day window for returns .. however, that relates only to damaged goods..
I have never come across such a rigid stance as most companies would agree to replacement or a refund based on good will .. on that note will not be recommending or shopping there again…
