Persie Distillery Opiniones 

Fell in love with Persie gin after picking some up at Crufts (because who can resist a gin named after dogs?!) and eventually made it up to visit them in Scotland recently. It's a small, family-run distillery, but that what gives it a real charm. Whilst we were there, we had two tasting paddles and we were made to feel so welcome - like one of the family! Our Golden Retriever Harley got plenty of fuss and we honestly went away with big smiles (and 3 bottles of our favourites of course!). If you really value boutique distilleries that just make fantastic spirits, you really can't go wrong with a visit. I'm a true advocate of Persie Distillery, and can't wait to visit again - in the meantime I'll buy online to keep my cupboard stocked up!

What a great experience. Chrissie very knowledgeable and made the whole session fun. Even the non gin drinkers found it very informative and she even managed to convert a vodka drinker to the complexity and flavours of gin. Saying that the Persie vodka was also a hit. It really makes you appreciate the hard work this small producer puts in to its craft. If you’re in the area well worth a visit

Fabulous afternoon being introduced to and tasting 6 of the lovely Persie selection followed by our behind the scenes visit. Really can't commend it enough. Thanks to Chrissie, Simon and team for everything. Great hosts and perfect customer service, both during and post visit.

The highlight of holiday,
Whilst shopping in Dunkeld and tasting Persie gin for the first time the lady in the shop told us about the distillery which was nearby our holiday let, we called in after walking our dogs and what a welcome we received, not the usual pretentious approach that some distillers take.
We were a party of 4 with 3 dogs and were made to feel like we had entered a friends house, we chose the tasting option which certainly did not disappoint, the host Holly was very friendly and excellent in her knowledge of the ingredients and process, the slow gin made with their own plums was just beautiful. Definitely worth a visit, we left with a variety of goods and know we will return.

We were a party of 11 and we all agreed that the tasting was one of the highlights of our recent holiday in Perthshire. The gin was delicious and the host, Holly, was brilliant - informative and engaging. The still itself is beautiful in a very steam punk way and it was fascinating to hear how the process works. We would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience from booking online - really easy website to use to the "taxi" service given by Tony. (What a character) The gin experience is great - with tastings of all the gins and a commentary which is specific to the Persie distillery. The actual tour of the still was informative, educational and fun all thanks to the owners. I cannot recommend this enough. Great value for money, fabulous way to spend a couple of hours with friends and great fun. There was no pressure to purchase anything from the shop at the end but all 3 parties did. If there was anything to be improved upon it would be the presence of a dog (or 2) seeing as part of the Persie story is the support they give the dog charity. Loved it!

We chose this trip because the general feel of the website was welcoming and friendly and the price was very reasonable in comparison to some of the larger more well known distilleries.
We were not disappointed, from the moment we stepped through the door of this lovely little distillery we were made to feel so welcome by Chrissy, the co owner and she ran through all the different gins in the tasting and gave us options to choose as a mixer. it was very interesting to hear all about the different taste blends and my son and I were surprised to learn that we liked the more spicy gin rather than the fruity ones!
We were then shown "Phil the Still" where all the action happens, by Simon, Chrissy's husband, and got to ask lots of questions and understand the process before moving on to see how the gin is bottled.
Its amazing what they do in such a small space and the gin is wonderful.
We were then treated to a couple of extra tastes of their vodka and a blended gin before the end of the trip.
I could not recommend the trip more highly, thoroughly enjoyable, very personal and it was exactly what we had hoped it would be and more.

We came while on our honeymoon for the gin tasting and loved it - it wasn’t pretentious like some distillery tours we’ve been to, and we were asked about our preferences (without feeling judged!) and recommended garnishes/mixers with each gin to suit what we like. Really generous with a second helping of my favourite gin and even included paper cups for the driver to take some drinks home for later, followed by a friendly tour. We ended up buying 3 bottles for home and plan to order more! On site free parking. Thanks Persie :)

Bought a bottle of gin online and it arrived really quick, in brilliant packaging which is all recyclable and even had a handwritten thank you note. Couldn't be happier.

The purchase was one bottle for my dachshund owning daughter's Easter present, and one bottle for me to store for possible visitors. Despite having spent a lifetime avoiding gin because I could not stand the smell, curiosity got the better of me and I decided to give it a try. The good news was that the smell I disliked was missing but even better the taste was great: full on citrus flavour with a real kick. I keep my shot glasses in the freezer so once full the drink was perfectly chilled which suited it perfectly.
This was a drink well worth having and it took real self control not to finish it in one hit as it was so moreish.
There was a personalised hand written note with the delivery which was a nice touch, much appreciated too that someone actually cares about each customer.
Overall, a very happy customer.

The gift set was in a lovely box when it came. I knew my friend would love the gin because we had been on the tasting experience which was fab.
I love the quirky coasters and they give you a giggle.
The compact mirror is lovely and was really appreciated.

We were a party of 10 who enjoyed the Gin tasting on Saturday afternoon. Chrissie & Simon were great hosts and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the experience. Tasting the different guns with various mixers let’s you find your favourite. Would definitely recommend.
