I have been using PGO Offline for years. Every time yahoo changes or breaks something they are right on it with a fix! If you belong to any yahoo groups, you definitely should be using PGO Offline to make your life easier!

I am a researcher who does research on social media use by activists and I can tell you that this made my job so much easier. He was able to capture an entire Facebook group for me (years!!) and this has been a life saver for work on my dissertation. I will be using these services again in the near future and I recommend this to anyone and everyone! Very responsive, very attentive, and an absolute pleasure to work with!! Can I give 10 stars? Worth every cent!

I have been using PG Offline since at least 2005. What I like most is that it downloads and saves every message from every Yahoo group that I subscribe to. The messages are all saved in chronological order in a searchable format that makes finding a specific thread easy and fast. Since two of my groups are well over 20,000 messages and one is over 30,000 the ability to quickly search for a specific thread saves so much time as opposed to searching through all of the messages individually. Also, the ability to download and save pictures and files from the Yahoo groups is another great feature that I enjoy. Having all the files and pictures downloaded to my computer automatically makes finding what I need quick and painless.

Good software, does what it is supposed to do. Excellent tech support! Wilson responds promptly to requests, does a great job of supporting both the software and his users. Great value for the money.

I have used Personal Groupware programs for seven years, especially the one for Yahoo Groups. Version 4 has a new database and more flexible code. Never any problems with version 4 that has now downloaded more than a million message files. I use the program every night. The best thing about this program is that it is so reliable. Yahoo makes frequent changes and the Author keeps up with the and keeps the program working. Often, a user will report a change in Australia and it will adapt before the change hits the US or the UK.

It has been invaluable for storing offline versions of the Yahoo Groups. Being able to search and "digest" searched articles.

I would recommend it to anyone for any of their (personalgroupware) platforms/versions.

I managed web resources for a cohousing community of about 200. Two of those resources are Yahoogroups lists. Personal Groupware allows me to keep off-line copies of the information which has been posted to these lists, and provides much better and more reliable search capabilities that are offered by Yahoo. The download process is fast and easy, and the product is easy to use. Product updates are timely, and support is responsive. I have been using the product for several years.

I started using PGoffline 5 years ago as I was part of a Yahoo group with 50,000 posts and without that tool I would not have been able to extract and categorise the valuable information. This application does the job, easy to use and the owner reacts quickly to Yahoo frequent changes by updating the software. The forum on PG site is helpful and questions are quickly answered. Well worth the money for my case.

PG Offline works great for me. I like not only how it archives a complete Yahoo group, but also provides search features Yahoo never thought of, including Boolean searches. If you have a problem, customer service is there to help.

I have almost 20 years of messages on YG that I needed to move over. PG Offline is handling it well. I had an initial issue of moving the program over to the new computer but sent an email and Wilson answered me in just a few minutes... on New Years Day no less. Great service!

This application is invaluable to me. I live on a sail boat and am often have no internet. This application allows me to archive and search all of the contributions to my Yahoo group. Wilson is very responsive and updates his application whenever Yahoo changes their setup.

The application is easy to use, easy to configure and works fast also. The feature to store the different content items in different folders is a nice touch.

Great job, gathered all the information that I required. Cost was reasonable. In fact it only took a few hours to completed from my request until I received the information.
