Pertemps is a professionally run agency with an excellent, up to date, track record of dealing with all aspects HGV driving today. I have worked for them for 5/6 years now doing mainly Taskforce (Christmas periods) but also at other busy times of the year. Highly recommended . . .

Top rate agency how it should be never had a problem myself if I did it would be sorted out .

Crap agency very unprofessional and a total waste of time

to do with Pertemps Royal Mail, worked at the end of August not got paid, when u do call they said were struggling with calls even though I'm the only one in the queue? and when u request a call back u don't get one, they're lucky to get one star, AVOID

Their website is very well designed compared to other companies I've looked at, very optimised and easy to navigate. I am a young person who is starting to look for jobs and this is the first and only agency I've uploaded my CV to which includes my phone number and email. Ever since I have been getting 2-4 scam calls a day and 2+ emails (all from different company names sent within 20 minutes of eachother and the same layout in the email all companies are based in Texas usa and have little to no info online) every email will have you click the job you want, it takes you to their website (all of them have the same ui) with a list of jobs including the one you want, click the one you want it takes you through a redirect chain to another site with a list of jobs including the one you want, continue doing that until it takes you to the same site that assaults your eyes with popup ads to apply for the job I would not look for a job with these guys as they either don't check the agencies they deal with are trustworthy or they will desperately sell your info themselves which I see as a sign of near bankruptcy

Very bad agency please avoid, anyone asked to work for DHL the delivery team at Next Enderby by Michelle A from pertemps, Please avoid, Next made profit and they treat agency workers like crap, Also it is false advert, they will not recruit permanent.

Terrible Agency. Wages continually short my emails ignored. When leaving due to wages discrepancies my repeated requests to pay my Holiday entitlement again ignored. Having to get ACAS involved. Absolute Shocking Behaviour

First time ever used an agency in my working life, uploaded CV to CV library and within a few days received call from Michelle at the Redditch branch to discuss my requirements/working hours wanted etc.. literally within a week Michelle had set me up for interview with a local company , got the job and started this week, Michelle has checked in to see how I'm doing , from my experience with Pertemps it's full marks from me 😊
