So the client wants to sell, so say? I set an appointment for last week, cancelled at last minute, child is unwell. Rescheduled for this week, today.
Agent rings us in this morning to confirm, but not the seller, .
Agent shows us in, and the security alarm has gone off. No they had no number for the alarm (its an asset for the sale, but not mentioned on the brochure).
I had a number of questions including why have PB wasted the agents time, and mine, in coming to the viewing. Personally i am very disappointed with the heirarchy of PB, having been let down as a buyer before, with this company. I hate giving a 1 when 2 will do, but i cannot justify 2/5.
All phones on saturday going through to answering machine. Is this the prime time that people do look in estate agent windows?

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to give a big shout out to Karen Wills, who showed me a property today in Cheltenham. I was probably her last appointment on what was a very hot day, but you wouldn’t have known it—she was absolutely brilliant.

Karen was warm, super chatty, and really attentive without being overbearing. She offered great advice, clearly knows the area well, and let me take my time looking around without any pressure.

Having worked in customer service myself for over 30 years, I really appreciate when someone goes the extra mile—and Karen’s a star. Thanks again, Karen!

We have let two houses with Peter Ball lettings, one for 11 years and the other for 7 years and they have provided an excellent service to us over this period. In the last year Tess Ashmeade has been the Property Manager in Cheltenham and has been wonderful. She answers all queries quickly, efficiently and has an excellent nature. She is polite, helpful and liaises with both us and the tenants effectively. It is a delight to deal with her, she is an excellent ambassador for Peter Ball.

We had an appointment scheduled by Peter Ball & Co to view a property at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 10th. However, no staff showed up on-site at the scheduled time. We called 01242 255288 for assistance, simply wanting to know if Karen Wills was coming, but no one was able to help. In the end, no one showed up, so we decided to leave. We were furious, having driven from Swindon to Cheltenham specifically to view the property. We certainly didn't expect no one to show up. Terrible services!!

Became a tenant after LandLord moved from another agent that held them to account, terrible service, especially when property manager is not available, never anyone else in the office with knowledge enough to help
