I have been going to peter Marks, Drogheda for many years and always been satisfied with their service because the quality of their styllists are consistently good sio I never need to go anywhere else. I go to Dympha in Scotch Hall Drogheda who is brilliiant at getting my hair exactly right and leaving it so easy for me to manage myself afterwards. I always enjoy our conversations and look foward to going to peter Marks drogheda.

I’ve been going to Peter Mark in abbey centre for many many years. My regular stylist has just retired and it’s always nerve racking seeing someone new, but there’s no worries in that regard. All the stylist are brilliant people who know what they’re doing. Jess who I saw yesterday was so interested to ensure I was taken care of and suggested treatment that will help my hair as due to medication I’m on my hair is suffering. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this salon 😊

My experience working here was extremely disappointing and ultimately had a serious impact on my career in hairdressing.

During my time working at Peter Mark, I developed extremely painful contact dermatitis. I was regularly required to carry out a high number of shampoos and was also exposed to hair-colouring products that I later found I was allergic to. I felt that my concerns about my skin were not taken seriously.

I was not referred to Occupational Health and I had to go to my own doctor independently. I also felt that there was very little support or follow-up when my condition became worse. I was particularly upset by the way I was spoken to by my manager about my skin, as I felt as though I was being blamed for something that was causing me considerable pain.

Unfortunately, my condition became so severe that I had to walk away from hairdressing when I was close to becoming fully qualified. That was an extremely difficult decision after putting so much time and effort into training.

I was also required to travel to the Peter Mark training school in Dublin, which involved an extremely long day, leaving home at around 3am and not getting home until approximately 9pm.

Overall, I did not feel adequately supported or valued during my time there. I am disappointed with how my health concerns were handled and with the way I was treated when I raised them.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend working here.

What is great about Peter Mark is that they can cater for all ages. My daughter had a young stylist to look after her and was delighted.
For myself, I found a really experienced stylist, who understood immediately what I needed.
I will come back to the Dun Laoghaire salon for a cut by Linda! My highlights were also meticulously done by a lovely young girl (sorry I forgot her name)

Excellent hairdressers, I have been with them now for 21 years and always been satisfied with their service. Everyone is friendly, competent and professional. Totally happy with the way they style wash and colour my hair.

I HAD A WASH AND SET WITH ROLLERS.
I was shocked ay the price I was asked to pay for a
wash and set - €39.50. Saloons that I frequent for
this hair style charge between €20 to €27 in urban areas both large and small. Only product used was the shampoo etc. No setting lotons etc. I did not ask for a 'curly' blow dry when making the booking. No appliances werre used apart from the hair dryer.

My sister attended Peter Marks Terryland today 27th August. Danielle is her stylist and today, as always, she was so professional and kind. Our sister has mobility and age related health issues and I would just like to say that all the staff in the salon couldn’t be more considerate and helpful.
