The customer service is horrible
The customer service is horrible. The clothes are okay, but if anything goes wrong, good luck getting it resolved. They close down their phones at 2:30 West Coast Time. If you try to use their Live Chat after 2:30, the representatives are worthless - they cannot resolve anything. This is a very non-user friendly system. Their system twice caused my purchase to be delivered to the wrong address. The system auto-filled my delivery address with an address that was 15-years old -- even though PM had delivered to my actual, real address no less than 25 times over the previous 8 years. When I asked for a refund, the customer service rep refused. When I asked for a rush re-delivery to the correct address, they refused. Positively worthless. I have bought many things from this retailer over time, but no more. There are tons of other brands out there with clothing just as good as PM but with much better customer service. Take a pass on this one.
