Great customer service from PetPlanet when Evri 'lost' my PetPlanet parcel - PetPlanet sent out a replacement the next day! Plus the price of the item I bought was cheaper than anywhere else. Thanks PetPlanet : )

I have my dogs food on a repeat order from Petplanet and this has always ran smoothly with the food arriving as it should.

I have had an issue with my latest order as Evri have forgotten what they are meant to do and as such I contacted Petplanet about what the next steps would be.

The customer service received has been absolutely how customer service should be as the issue was resolved within about 90 minutes with a replacement ordered and placed on next day delivery. How this has been dealt with is absolutely how customer service should be (other companies could learn a few things).

Thank you so much and I will continue to order.

Really good product - the litter is better for our cat, much softer on her paws.

Always easy to order, and the free delivery arrives much quicker than stated on the website.

Buying dog food fo 2 dogs so its quite expensive. Pet planet is very competitive in price And we get free postage..customer service has been very helpful if we have needed to change anything.

I was told by the girls in the office that if I didn’t want an express delivery DPD would not be the courier. I thought great I’ll order more stuff, but AGAIN they have sent my goods via DPD. First driver said he couldn’t find my house, so they sent the same driver out again with my parcel, which was not received so it’s now gone back to the depot. All I have to say to Pet Planet is ask DPD for your parcel back and refund my money, if by some chance they do find my house I will not accept it.

Superb service & price. Ordered 6/11 & delivered within the week. Slight disappointment in that WE didn't read that Kong Wuppa toy was "any one of 3", not the specific one that we wanted but hey ho.

I have been a loyal customer of this company for years, regularly ordering products and spending a significant amount of money with them. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I received a faulty product (a large 6kg bag of dry dog food with a broken zip, making it unusable). Despite providing photographic evidence, the company refused to issue a full refund or replacement.

Instead, I was only offered a 50% refund, which feels entirely unjust given that the fault was on their end. As a long-term customer, I expected better care and accommodation. This experience has left me reluctant to continue ordering from them, as it’s clear customer loyalty and satisfaction are not priorities.

Price was excellent, as was time from order to delivery
Only negative is they use Evri as a courier, and they left our order in full view, and it was stolen! The re delivery was DPD, which wasn't stolen...so Petplanet, ditch Evri....

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our experience with this company has been disappointing—not once, but THREE times. After the first issue, we decided to give them another chance, understanding that delivery mishaps can happen, especially when using Evri. However, the problems continued for two more orders. We really wanted to support a local Scottish business, as we live in Scotland ourselves, but the delivery process has been consistently unreliable.

Every time, we had to contact them repeatedly about the whereabouts of our parcel, only to be told that it was lost and a replacement would be sent. The issue is even more frustrating because this is dog food, which we planned and ordered well in advance to ensure we wouldn't run out. Unfortunately, due to these delays, we've ended up having to buy smaller bags from a physical pet shop each month just to tide us over.

While their customer support was responsive and provided solutions during the first incident, this level of disruption happening repeatedly is simply unacceptable. We cannot continue giving chances when the same issues keep arising.

Until this company addresses and fixes their delivery process, I cannot recommend them.

I was really impressed to get the help I needed over the telephone when purchasing quite a large item, which I wanted a bit more explanation about. The staff member I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and also polite and helpful.

wish it could be no stars. Will never order from them again. delivery address problem not caused by me although they said it was. Tried several times to rectify and the customer service agent was seriously annoying not understanding a simple address.

Great service- easy online ordering and fast delivery. So delighted to find replacement cat flap doors since these are always the part that breaks as they are less durable than the fixtures.

They sell the product I need for my dog at a good price.

Bought a catflap to be fitted in a patio door,unfortunately our cat had to be put to sleep after we received to goods but before it was fitted to patio door,company couldn't of been more sympathetic and helpful,item returned with full refund,great customer service,thankyou

I had unwittingly made an error in ordering and subsequently was about to receive products I did not need. Pet Planet rep was very helpful and managed to cancel the unwanted order, although she was not obligated to do so.
