Two months ago I bought water proof dog coat, it took three weeks to arrive then too small, I sent it back asking for a refund, no contact from them I sent several emails, no response, can anyone advise what steps to take if sny

Weeks delivering and then the dog coat to small. They will not reply to e mails or phone to return and change size. Beware Don’t waste your money
Ordered a coat for my dog using their size guide. It's too small. I'm happy to exchange but they won't respond to my emails and phone number is no longer operational. £31 out of pocket. Avoid like the plague!!
This company is nothing but a profit before all else company. I ordered a dog coat which took two weeks to arrive, and when it did it was too small, despite me using their size guide. I had sourced another coat in the meantime so asked for their returns address so that I could return it and obtain a refund. Despite the claims on their website, they DO NOT reply to customer e-mails the same, or the next day, they do not answer them at all unless you badger them relentlessly. DO NOT believe their return policy either, it does not exist. I ended up e-mailing them daily for a return address, only to be totally ignored. It wasn't until I had informed them but yet another e-mail, that I had raised a dispute through PayPal that I eventually got a reply, but still no returns address. I then e-mailed them daily for nearly two weeks before they eventually informed me that the cost of return was prohibitive and offered me a 50% refund (£15.00). I accepted this as it was obvious I was never going to be allowed to return the coat and obtain a full refund. The company is a total sham.

I paid extra for premium tracked shipping and the product still didn’t turn up. Took nearly four weeks to arrive and wasn’t great quality when it did.
Don’t go near this ‘’business’, they take your order and money, and give you no updates or shipment details. Looks like just a middle man sourcing items once they are ordered. Steer clear.
Ordered a jacket for my sprocker, took 6 weeks to arrive and ripped within four weeks of use. Emailed their customer services and had no response.
