Had to call twice about problems with my bark spray color. Both times she got the same customer service rep. So rude. She just talked right on right on over me never gave me two chances to get any words in. She asked me questions and I answered them but she didn’t seem to listen to what I was saying. This time she decided to send me a replacement unit plus a prepaid shipping label to send the other unit back. So I’m just waiting and I will update you. Just wanted to give you the heads up of what kind of treatment you’ll get from PetSafe if you call for support.

I would recommend Pet Safe 110 percent. I had issues with a break in my wire in my under ground fence. They were very helpful in this matter. So helpful that they sent me a whole new system just to fix the problem. They we're courteous every time I spoke with them and also very patient.

I will NEVER buy petsafe again! I have 1 of there contain & train systems & I have been trying to get in touch with them regarding a few issues but nor response back! Dont answer the phone. When I email. I get a automated response saying they will get back to me within 48hrs. Never happened! I have tried way to many times!

I bought a PetSafe second generation self cleaning litterbox with a disposable tray and crystal litter. My cat's won't switch to the crystal litter, and when it was set up without a regular litterbox, they pooped and peed all over the house. I explained as much to the man on the phone (sorry I didn't catch his name) and asked if there was an alternate litter I could use. Since the answer to that was no, he actually sent me their other kind of self cleaning litterbox that takes premium clumping litter as a courtesy and I just had to pay for shipping. I've rarely had a customer service experience go that smoothly and quickly, and I will be back.

i have order some replacement part for a water fountain on feb 18 still havent recd items i email them they took amount out of my debit card right away. at thi point dont know what to do going to call my bank if not in this week

I purchased a replacement plastic flap for my Petsafe cat flap and the customer care I received from beginning to end was excellent. The phone service helped me work out exactly which part I needed, then this morning it arrived in accordance with delivery advice but I was struggling to fit it. Having called the number I was connected quickly and the person I spoke to was absolutely lovely, helpful and efficient. Flap is now correctly installed, just hope the cat likes it.

The PetSafe cat flap design is a disgrace as it leaks cold air into the room as they have effectively only make a token attempt to keep out draughts.

Quite what it costs us in extra heating bills, I would hate to think.

Purchased the PetSafe Microchip Cat Flap. The box highlights the draught excluder. But there’s 2-3mm gap between the draught excluder and the inside of the tunnel. Returned. Buy something better made with more honest packaging. Will buy to SureFlap equivalent and see if it’s any better.

just got a watering fountain. Package arrived opened. No wonder. Part missing. Petsafe doesn't answer phone or chat line. I'm returning product with compliant. Why amazon sells products that are advertised as new but have been opened are beyond me. Never ordering any product from petsafe again.

Not sure why the negative reviews. I’ve had NOTHING but good communication with this company and their customer service. I’m not going to tell you exactly what they did for me because I can only imaging some people would take advantage, but I think they are amazing. I’ll look for their products first after the way they treated me.

I bought the wireless containment system and it worked for a couple days then noticed my dog was venturing further than he was supposed to so went and checked the box and all was fine so I called the dog to me in the house and it start to shock him non stop. It took a while for me to get his collar off of him because I tried disconnecting the box first. It has traumatized him so badly he won’t come close to the house in fear of being shocked. I would not recommend this product or any other dog training product made by this company.

Needed a replacement closing panel. Wrote to Customer Service and got an immediate reply with all I needed to know. Contacted the telephone number provided and 5 days later I have received delivery. A very happy customer!

Ich hatte über Amazon das Halsband PetsafeTrainer erworben, das leider nach einigen Monaten nicht mehr funktionierte. Die Firma Radio System Petsafe hat mir umgehend eine Anleitung zur Behebung des Problems geschickt. Da dies aber nicht funktionierte bekam ich ein neues Gerät, sogar kostenfrei das Nachfolgegerät. Leider muss man man den Spray immer wieder dort bestellen, und es ist recht teuer!

We have a very challenging black lab. We purchased the collar and remote in conjunction with a professional trainer to teach us and the dog how to behave. Prior to the collar, the house was in total chaos, after - everyone is happy. When the collar wore out (2 years), the company replaced it with a 50% discount and a few weeks later the remote wore out and they replaced it for free. The phone rep in Indiana was perfect! I am a lifelong customer! Thank you for exceeding expectation!!!!

I am highly disappointed with the underground fence product. Due to constantly having faulty collars or wire constantly messing up our 12 year old son’s therapy dog has vanished on August 24th 2020. He’s still missing and my son is having a terrible time without him. Riley the dog helps my son when his Tourette syndrome is out of control and when his anxiety is high. Thanks a lot for crappy products. We can and have replaced products/collars but there’s no way we can replace his dog! If you love and value your dog do NOT but PetSafe products!

We bought this system about 2 months ago. Dog learned the system quickly and it works great until..... Our dog figured it out. She will run through the shock zone and be free very quickly. Even after turning the shock to the max, having a tight collar, and she is very short haired, the shock only lasts for a second if your running through the shock zone. She has gotten out numerous times. Was really a waste of money. (And it’s not cheap)

Horrible products and even worse treatment from customer "service"!!!!
Bought an electric fence and an extra collar..none of it worked and we were promised a replacement device within a few days. It never arrived, so after a while, we emailed them and were told, due to technical issues, bla bla bla and that we can expect a package within 10 days business days.
Another 6 weeks later, we're still waiting.
Not to recommend at all!!!! There are better products out there and also to a better price!

Bought a Zoom Rotating Laser Cat Toy, got it home and the rotating head was making a loud plastic on plastic screech and had trouble turning. Returned and exchanged for the Bold Laser light. Used it 3 times that night then the next morning the laser stopped working. The head still spun but the light did not work. Emailed customer service July 13th, didn't hear back for 2 days. When they finally responded they asked for some extra info. I responded right away and have not heard back for 4 days. I send two follow up emails and got no response. UPDATE: it has now been 21 days since my last response from PetSafe. I have not had any resolution, advice or backing of their product. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company produces cheap products and has absolutly no customer service. STAY AWAY

Horrible buying experience. I purchased a Litter Hood and it arrived completely broken. As if someone snapped it and sent it to me. Customer service is basically useless and they make you write a manuscript just to return and pay for all shipping and handling charges. Will never purchase again. BUYER BEWARE
