Ware sehr gut verpackt.
Kommunikation über Email war sehr gut. Telefonnummer vom Unternehmer könnte aktualisiert werden.

Zweimal hab ich dort bestellt, zweimal war nicht alles lieferbar.
Die letzte Lieferung bekam ich eine Woche nach Zahlung per PayPal und nur auf Nachfrage. Das Geld für nicht lieferbare Artikel wird als Gutschrift auf dem Kundenkonto verbucht und nicht automatisch zurück überwiesen. Was extrem ärgerlich ist und quasi eine zwanghafte Kundenbindung macht.
Bestellen dort kommt mir ein wenig wie Lotto spielen vor.

Sehr geehrte Frau Hoffmann,
Ihre letzte Lieferung wurde innerhalb von 48 Stunden gepackt und wurde verschickt. Anlieferungen erfolgen dann innerhalb von 1-3 Tagen. Wenn dann noch en Wochenende dazwischen kommt ist das sehr ärgerlich. Leider wurden beide Male ein Artikel genullt (dafür können wir uns nur entschuldigen) und Sie hatten eine Info bekommen, dass wir den Betrag ersteinmal Ihrem Kundenkonto gutschreiben und bei Wunsch natürlich sofort erstattet wird.

I ordered some stuff for my dog through this company.
I then found out I couldnt use it, and asked if I could send it back and get my money back. The nice lady from Petshop wrote me back and said it would be no problem at all, I should just decline the package.
After some time I didnt get any package and I contacted them again, since the track n trace number said it was still in Hamburg. They then wrote me back saying that the package was on its way back to them. 2 days later they sent me another email saying I made an order. The next day I got one saying my package was on its way?!? .... I wrote them asking about it, but got no answer. I then got a note that DHL had tried to deliver the package!!! I wrote them again, but still no answer!!! I am now waiting for something to happened with DHL, since I have not picked up the package.... Yet... Still no answer from Petshop, and no money!!!
Worst company ever!
22.11.2012 - I have now gotten my money back with a note from an imployee from this store. The english was so bad, that Im sure it was translated by Google translate. (Sorry Google). Sadly it took this review of the store to get my money back. But I stand by what I wrote. I wont ever shop here again!

sorry for your dissatisfaction. You always got an answer to your questions. Sorry that we delivered the package a second time. To send from Germany to Denmark, it takes longer. When this came back we gave you back the money on 07.11.2012.

hier kann ich eigentlich nur Positives berichten. Ein super Service, bestellte Artikel kommen sehr schnell - gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Letzte Woche kam meine erste Lieferung von Petshop an. Gespannt wurde das Paket geöffnet. Hunde- und Katzenfutter sowie ein tolles Hundebett kamen toll verpackt und in einem nett bedruckten Karton an. Ein informatives Heft - Heimtierjournal - lag dabei und noch weitere Gutscheine. Ich habe mich noch richtig auf einen Nachkaufgutschein von 3,00 Euro gefreut. Da wird sich bestimmt bald finden.
Ich kann es nur empfehlen
Meine Einkäufe häufen sich in diesem Shop. Nicht nur weil aus einem mittlerweile zwei Hunde wurden, sondern weil es hier einfach stimmt.
