The frozen food under the name "home menu, Mongolian style beef" that you find in the grocery store is really disgusting. It not only has so much sugar it taste like you're eating a very sweet dessert the flavors are also nonexistent beyond the sugar.

I visited P.F. Chang’s London earlier today for a business meeting. Our host, Silky, was outstanding warm, welcoming, and truly an amazing personality. We look forward to returning to P.F. Chang’s because of the wonderful experience Silky created. Please extend our sincere gratitude to her.

I felt for chinese food it was very expensive. The fried rice was very bland and a major rip off for $4.60 extra. They don’t even have pork fried rice on the menu. I would never eat there again.

The food was great and the service excellent! We went on a Friday about 4pm, so we beat the rush. Daniel was our server a couple weeks ago and we asked for him again this time. He is a great server and we will ask for him again if our normal server Catherine isn't working.

Horrible Customer service and the fried rice was undercooked

First, let me say that I had always heard PF Chang's had excellent food (in the past, for sure). Although they are expensive, I decided to treat myself. Problem: There were eggshells in my pepper steak, and the fried rice was extremely bland. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this through Grubhub. It cost $35 before tax, service charges, and tip. What a rip-off.

It was the worst food, service, overpriced for four people with limited number of even drinks. It came over $200, why one of the most pathetic experiences I’ve had. Never go there. There are far better choices.

I ordered to go a few mths ago and it was just off - lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef - simply no flavor. I ordered today thinking just an off nite - but nope it’s bad- the meat is weird texture and has zero flavor - chicken wraps - same. I’ll put them on my dog not go to list nos - what happened?? Mind you, it was never great, but the food is just bad bad bad, yet the prices are way up there. Good bye p f changs.

I ate at the P.F. Chang’s on Throckmorton Street in FT Worth. Was seated immediately, it was almost empty. Place our order and the food came out quickly. It was good. Then, crickets. Waitress finally brought more water. The drink was in so spicy it was undrinkable. Ordered a replacement drink, gave up, cancelled the order for the the drink, we retrying to leave at this point. No waitress, she’s talking to another table, not taking an order, just talking.

John was an absolute lifesaver in resolving a frustrating issue with Uber Eats. They charged me $94 for an order I canceled within just 28 seconds, and refused to issue a refund, claiming they still needed to pay P.F. Chang’s. When I couldn’t get through to an Uber manager (they insisted on taking a message and promised a callback within 48 hours), I called P.F. Chang’s directly. They connected me to their manager, John, in under 30 seconds.
John jumped right in—he confirmed they weren’t preparing the order and told Uber there was no reason to withhold my money. When Uber backtracked and said the refund wasn’t possible because the cancellation happened too quickly for their system, John offered to cover it from the restaurant’s side if needed, just to ensure I got my refund.
Even though the situation was stressful, John’s kindness went above and beyond. He’s even sending me a gift card so my family can enjoy a meal at a P.F. Chang’s location in our city, five hours away from the original spot. In a world full of corporate headaches, it’s refreshing to encounter someone like John who treats people with genuine care and empathy. Shame on Uber Eats for their poor handling—major props to John and P.F. Chang’s!

Food was horrible. Changs spicy chicken was dry, overcooked with tiny pieces of chicken. I couldn't eat much of it as it was mainly breading. The beef was also overcooked and tasteless. Complete waste of money.
Fix it please.

My friend and I have be wanting to go to Changs. We visited the one at Fashion Pla e Mall in Murray, Utah. To say it was bad is an understatement. We both ordered the salmon lunch. A choice of soup or egg roll. I opted for the egg drop soup. It tasted like dirty dishwater looks. The waiter then brought me an egg roll. Nasty. When the main came the salmon was dry and tasteless. One positive was the waiter. He was very congenial.I will never return. I don't know how it continues to operate.

I ordered online to pick up at restaurant. Drove 45 minutes, waited 20 minutes, the restaurant never got the order. Instead of actually preparing the food, they kept me on the phone for 20 minutes looking for the order. The order number was not on their system. What incompetence! Don’t wish to ever patronize this place ever again!

I haven’t been to P.F. Chang’s in a while. Was P.F. Chang’s bought out by somebody? All of the most popular dishes have been discontinued. They’re cool way of bringing out the sauces to be mixed at the table has disappeared. The rice is different. It is flavorless and the texture is horrible. Whoever is managing P.F. Chang’s needs to be fired. Bring back the old PF Chang.

Great experience at P.F. Chang’s! The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. Our food came out super fast, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely coming back.

I find out my order has been sitting there for approximately 20 min when I asked about my order, the young lady tells me it's not ready after looking at the same bag my order was in. This just made me more frustrated. I could have paid for my order and left but instead I was spending more

I ordered my food online at 3:45pm and was informed of an estimated time of 10 min. I arrived at the restaurant and the dining room was next to empty. There were approximately 3-4 people waiting for their order. I looked over and there was a manager by the name of STEPHANIE lolly gagging by the bar. Now it's 4:30 pm, I go to the bar and order some lettuce wraps and a drink. My lettuce wraps comes out within a few minutes. I find out my order has been sitting there for approximately 20 min when I asked about my order, the young lady tells me it's not ready after looking at the same bag my order was in. This just made me more frustrated. I could have paid for my order and left but instead I was spending more money. The only thing STEPHANIE had to say was well I'm busy too, but she wasn't and that she was training bartenders whose been here but wasn't. She's a lazy manager who should have been concerned about the people piling up in the waiting room instead of doing nothing. She said she was at the front of the house, but no one was dining in. STEPHANIE sucks and I will not be back when she's here.
