Fantastic experience from start to finish
Franca Carbone and the team from the Denton office have all been amazing in helping us to sell our house.
We'd had a few valuations from other local estate agents, but we was really impressed with Francas detailed knowledge of the area and her confidence in being able to sell our property quickly.
We decided to go with Philip James because of Franca and it was the best decision we could have made.
The viewings all went smoothly and Franca was even able to secure a price over what we had hoped for.
Thank you Franca and the team. I wouldn't hesitate in using Philip James again.
