This item was bought as a birthday present for my son who collects Oxford models. No problem with ordering from Phillips Hobbies hence the 5 stars. However I do think that they should consider a different delivery company. Royal Mail were useless but no surprise there.

Even though with the Christmas/New Year holidays, I knew also that Royal Mail were having their days off, so from day of ordering & to receiving the parcel, the delivery time factor was appropriate.
Marks .. 11 out of 10 ....for packing parcel, to make sure items were delivered safely. Good communication with updates. Good Prices..Very impressive service & will be back as a customer, should I require anything Phillips Hobbies sell .
